The installation and installer were very professional. However, after 1 1/2 years, one of my cameras went out and the other camera is extremely dark and fuzzy. I contacted Adam on Wednesday, July 31st who told me he would send an installed out on Friday. On Friday, I called and left Adam a voicemail message. He indicated an installer was not available and he would send out an installed on Saturday at 10:00am. On Saturday, at 9:58am, I received a call from the installer who asked if I could sent him two pictures of the cameras so he could determine if he had a ladder of adequate size. He called back a short time later saying he didn't have a ladder and wouldn't be able to perform the install. I then called Adam and he said he would definitely send a technician out today, Monday, August 5th. When I called Adam this morning, he did not answer and then sent me an email saying he was on a flight abroad and will contact me in the morning to schedule service. Absolutely horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Adam has no respect of other people's time and I certainly would not use this company in the future.
