Recent Review: Awesome. They were cheaper, faster and actually fixed the leak (unlike others whose bids were crazy high or tried and failed to fix)

Recent Review: They did an excellent job. The leaks were fixed. Doing so involved replacing shingles. We had very few spares and they took extra care to not waste anything. They also reroofed the garage, including adding vents. Inside the house they replaced 3 bathroom fans. In the process they discovered that the ducting for 2 of them needed replacing, too, and they took care of it. They did an excellent job. The workmanship was excellent, as was the communication. There were no surprises in the final bill, either. We will use them again when we need this type of work done.

Recent Review: We live in a 1 1/2 story 1920 house that had a metal ridge vent. I had a leak that basically stained my tile ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. I tried to figure out where it came from and tried to seal it myself but had no luck. We called one company in - I don't remember who, and it was a nightmare. He basically ripped us off. He didn't do an estimate of services, went on the roof, hammered a few nails in then charged us for it. Didn't fix the leak. Because of this bad experience (and a different roof leak that failed to be fixed properly by a different contractor) I came into this project pretty nervous about who would do the work. I talked to a few contractors and settled on Coates. The team was great. Courteous, professional, patient with questions. They were OK with letting me get on the roof with them to talk to them about what they were doing. They removed the existing vent, removed shingles, installed boards, ice and water barrier and reroofed with a new ridge vent. The leak is gone. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

Recent Review: I reached out to TD Roofing and remodeling when I experienced some roof leaking during recent rainy weather. I purchased the roof inspection to be sure there were no other issues. Joe came out the following day, despite the rainy weather inspected the roof and had a bid/recommendation for the leaky area caused by vents in the roof. Despite being delayed due to all the bad weather he came out the following week, completed the repair, took pictures so I knew it had been completed and took time to tell what we could do IF it should reoccur due to how the vents we installed. He was professional, courteous and efficient. A positive first experience!

Matt came out, looked at our situation and advised a repair remedy that he felt I could handle. We really appreciated the time he spent inspecting the area and his advice. His attitude and professionalism was top-notch and we will definitely keep him in mind when we have another project.

One leak was difficult to find and required a second trip. But so far, so good (haven't had a hard rain yet).

I called Josh at this company on the recommendation of another contractor. Josh came out the same day I called and arrived at EXACTLY the time he said he would. I explained the problem and he started his investigation - roof and attic. After about an hour he felt he had found the problem. He also explained options for repair to me. He agreed to take on the task. He submitted an estimate and I accepted. Then we set a date - again he arrived on time. It took him about 3 hours to complete the work. And the pictures he shared of the area on which he did the repairs substantiated his guess about where the leak was occurring.  We had rain last night and today. No leaks.  Excellent job.
