Recent Review: After a phone conversation with Bob, I arranged to drop off my blinds and have them serviced in a shorter period than ususal. After dropping them off, I found out that the Kirsch company who made my blinds, was no longer in the business, so getting replacement parts was not possible. Still, Bob was able to creatively repair the problem, and now everything looks & works great! I also appreciated that he phoned me to talk about the repair before deciding on how to do it in order to make sure the repaired blind would look good when rehung in my home. I picked up the blinds at the time arranged. Being a small company, it was very easy to communicate with them, and they seem to know everything about blinds! I got the feeling that they have a passion for what they do.
