We have dealt with Best Service on 3 occasions. Once to check for a leak in the water main to the house (no leak, no charge) and twice to have new toilets installed. Luis came out to install the toilets and is very professional and informative. He is fast and strong enough to lift our one piece toilets by himself. He also took our old toilet and packaging to be recycled. We highly recommend Best Service.

Tried to replace a toilet in the house and came across a rusted out flange. It was beyond my expertise to try and tackle so I called Barker & Sons. They bailed me out on a Sunday!!! I found out they take turns who has the weekend duty.

Joe arrived promptly and immediately set to work. He surveyed the problem areas, and then began replacing the new toilet. He really knows his stuff! He took about an hour and a half on the toilet, which took longer because the old one had been incorrectly installed. But he got it working and advised me on it's best use. He tried to repair an old faucet, but it was beyond help. I will have Joe return once I receive the new faucet later this week. I won't use anyone but Joe if I can help it. He's local and he does his very best, which is the very best I've seen!

This was the second call to the plumber for the same problem. The first time the plumbers came out, the toilet was clogged, not flushing well. The plumbers told us they snaked it and it drained but that it would clog again soon because we needed a new toilet. Within a month, the toilet clogged again. We purchased a new toilet and when it was being installed, we found out that the toilet drain was filled with roots. So we really didn't need a new toilet and would not have bought a new one had the plumbers cleaned out the roots in the first place. We paid for two service calls and a new toilet.

It was hard to find the water main which was buried under a concrete slab and surfaced in the crawl space. i was discouraged but he wasn't. He was thorough and dedicated even though it took all day.. I am very pleased with the work. The new toilet is a toto, was picked out by National and is a lot more water efficient and comfortable than the old low flow toilet it replaced.

Ryan came on time, checked out the toilet inside and went outside to unpack the new toilet. He checked the new toilet for any defects. He removed the old toilet putting it in a bag so that no water liked when he took it out. He installed a new toilet and it looks great.t.

AGARYS PLUMBING( REPIPE SPECIALIST)
excellent service all around. Hired to correct problems left by other plumbers, and Gary did an excellent job on that. Also fixed the floor under the toilet, installed a new toilet, and later replaced the hot water heater. For that job, he negotiated for a new one under warrantee (I'm pretty sure if I had attempted this, the manufacturer would have refused) and fixed a few other things along the way. This was service above and beyond what I expected. I felt in good hands with Gary and would certainly use him again.

JMS came out and diagnosed the issue with my existing toilet and discovered something was lodged in the toilet that could not be removed. I then had them go ahead and replace the toilet and they went to home depot and picked up the toilet I wanted and completed the installation the same day. Great work!

Brady came out on time and unplugged the stoppage. He also indicated that the toilet which was installed in 1981 had seen its better days. He recommended that we install a new toilet although he didn't pressure us whatsoever. He gave us a price for the new toilet and installation. We agreed to replace the toilet. Brady removed the old toilet and discovered that some of the cement that was used in installing a new tile floor in the bathroom had dropped in the sewer and solidified. He removed the cement, installed a new toilet, left the bathroom perfectly clean and we were good to go. I recommend this plumbing company with no hesitation.
Recent Review: They are very nice, and a good outfit. The price seems a little high. They just came out and did what they were suppose to do. They were very courteous. Then about a week later, I had a problem with the new toilet. I called them up and about the next day they came and corrected the problem. The chain inside the toilet that the handle works the flapper valve, it had came a loose, and they fixed it. They adjusted the water level of the toilet for me.
Recent Review: excellent as always! very professional, customer service focused. Our normal plumber, Ryan, is a consummate professional plumber, as have been all previous Saddleback plumbers helping us on projects and emergencies over the past 20 years. We are very picky consumers of services, and Saddleback Plumbing has continually exceeded our expectations.
Recent Review: Alex and his assistant did a great job. He explained the work he was going to do, reviewed all the details of the invoice with me, and got right to work. They were very clean in their job both during the installation and the clean up afterward. I would definitely hire Drain Master again.
Recent Review: The two guys from Reckon & Reckon (a plumber and an assistant) came a few week earlier to fix some leaky valves in both the master and guest baths and toilets in both baths. They fixed the guest bath but had to order parts for the master bath and toilets. The toilets needed a washer (about 4" diameter) for the flapper / flush ball. The parts came in and they scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time. When the arrived, they informed us that they could not get the washer alone for the toilet that it only came as a full flapper / flush ball unit and that they did have those complete units. They told us that they would cost $100.00 per toilet installed. They suggested that the washer at the bottom of the complete unit might also be bad, or might go bad and told us this was the best option. We agreed based on the information they gave us. They did the work quickly. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. We did ask them to adjust the angle on one sink valve and tighten the spout on a sink, which they did. All the sinks and toilets worked perfectly. They repeatedly asked us if there was anything that we were unsatisfied with. They said they were very conscious of their rating on Angie's List and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We told them we were completely satisfied. One side note; As we had asked them to get 4 washers for the 2 toilets, so we would have spares should this part fail again, we went online to see if we could find the toilet washers. With a quick Google search we found the washers as part of a "seal kit" for less than $12.00. http://www.lockeplumbing.com/detail.asp?c=Toilet%20Parts&s=American%20Standard&s2=Flush%20Ball%20/%20Flapper&sku=AME-7301111-0070&r1=WHE-USS25C&r2=GRU-595916&r3= While we have used Reckon & Reckon in the past a few times, have always been satisfied and will probably use them again, we will be more conscious that we need to take responsibility for making sure the information we are given is accurate.
Recent Review: Andy came out to give an estimate and then returned to do the work on the day I requested. He was very willing to schedule the work at the time water could be turned off by my condo association. I purchased the toilet and Andy installed it. He answered all questions I had. Work was completed quickly and professionally. The work area was left clean. I found Andy through the reviews on Angie's List. I would be glad to hire him again in the future.
Recent Review: The installation went very well. There were two technicians who arrived to replace my toilet, using one that I had previously purchased. The new toilet was still in my truck, and they were gracious enough to take it out. They then went about removing the old toilet and replacing it with a new one. Normally, a toilet needs a supply valve. There's usually a charge for that part, but the supervisor "threw that in," as well. By using two technicians, it also expedited the replacement process. Apparently, they do not normally remove the old toilet from the premises, however, they did that for me at this time. I would not have known what to do with the toilet, so I appreciate the gesture. They also made recommendations regarding other services I could have taken advantage of to assist the toilet installation and for the longevity of the toilet. Buying the coupon was a good move on my part, because if not, it would have been very costly to have them replace it. I feel very comfortable and confident with the work that was performed for me. I would use them again.

Recent Review: I had scheduled for a Monday afternoon, but they had to reschedule for Tuesday. Then, when they never showed at the appointed time on Tues, I called and got rescheduled for Wed. He did show on Wed, very apologetic regarding the previous day. A plumbing emergency took priority. My annual VIP membership ended on 4/30/13, but they extended it to 5/1/13 when the work was finally accomplished. I did have the same technician as last year, which was nice since he knew a lot about my plumbing from the extensive work I had him do last year. Casey was very professional, but personable.
