Recent Review: I had 4 other quotes. Joe has the second to the lowest quote. The quotes were 9,000 / 8,000. /  6,900.  and 6, 500. I chose Joe because he explained his proposals very well and was very positive and open to my ideas. He  was able to give me the most of what I wanted for my budget and I never felt like I was being manipulated to get something I did not need. Joe owns the company and is very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. He personally goes to the client for the proposal instead of sending a sales agent. Hence he is able to explain what is possible or not on the spot. That is a big plus if you have a tight budget and would like to know about different options. It took them 2 days to install everything and they were very polite and professional the whole time.  The quality of work is excellent. Everything looked right and aesthetically pleasing. Joe personally supervised the install and personally did some of the work himself. Again, the quality of work and equipment  was top notch. He uses American Standard which is a very good brand.  My only regret is that; I wish I was able to get a 18 Seer instead of a 13 Seer A/C to save me money on operational cost. But I should have raised the issue before the install.  But overall, I had a really good experience with Joe and would highly recommend him. AQ

Recent Review: I think this company is fantastic. I've used them for years, and they always deliver. They have the best people, and the work is always excellent. Plus, they've helped out a number of times in the "above and beyond" category. Also great in an emergency situation. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Bishop Heating, Inc.
Recent Review: Jeff and Roy from Bishop were both prompt and professional. I called to ask for a new humidifier and Jeff explained that I could improve my existing equipment with the cost of a new humidifier. They offered several suggestions and were very helpful. They could have easily ''upsold'' me, but offered good advice. Will call next time I need an HVAC company.

Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating Inc
Recent Review: It was a pleasure to work with the professionals at ALADDIN A/C. What a difference! Before Aladdin I had a bad experience with another Heating and Air Condition company in my area. Here?s what happened:  Our A/C stopped and I called a company I?d used in the past. They used to be fine but I feel there must have been some changes is their operation? I was not satisfied. They came out, did their inspection and replaced a motor for $416. The A/C worked a few days and we had to have the company come again. We thought they?d have to replace the motor again. It wasn?t the motor. The next man came out checked and said he couldn?t fix it. It was a bigger job. He said he?d have someone else call me about what should be done. We waited over a week and no one ever called but they didn?t forget to send me a bill for another Truck Fee. ($82.50). I decided to get another opinion.  I looked up Angie?s list and found ALADDIN A/C listed with a long list of satisfied customers. I called ALADDIN and they were able to send someone over right away. A personable young man, Jesse, gave a through inspection and explained exactly what was needed and roughly how much it would cost. He also checked our furnace, our humidifier and found out that our furnace was capable of using a 4 Ton A/C unit instead of the 3.5 ton unit we had before. (An item we had thought about upgrading for years!) Two days later another polite, informed man, Rocky, came and gave us the exact figures for a new A/C with a ten year warranty. We accepted his offer for a 4 ton unit and set a date. Within three days the installers arrived. Four hours later it was finished. Like clockwork Jesse came back at the end of the install and checked everything out, cleaned the filter, the furnace and installed a new humidifier filter. The entire operation was flawless. ALADDIN did more than was expected and, thanks to Jesse and Rocky, I expect my relationship with ALADDIN A/C to be a long one,

Recent Review: Work was done and since we were doing a major remodel we couldn't really test it much until after 3-4 months when we moved it. So, after we moved I noticed that the unit was resealed around the plenum area and all the air is blowing out. I called them and they came out almost right away and resealed everything which was nice. After about a week or so I get an invoice for over $170 dollars for a trip charge and the tape that they put to seal the gaps that they were supposed to do originally which they got paid for. I called them and explained everything and was told that they will look into it and get back to me. Of course nobody got back to me and they kept sending me invoice for months which I kept ignoring. Finally they called me again trying to called past due invoices, I explained them everything again and was told that I will get a call back. This time they called me back and confirmed that I don't need to pay anything. Another issue is that we have a zoming system which was not properly installed originally by original owners, my idea was to try to make it work better and this was one of the reasons I hired FreshAir. However they failed to tell me that our duct work is majorly undersized. If they did I couldn't have fix them easily during remodeling when all the ceiling was open, now it's too late.. How I know that my duct work is undersized? I have called 3 top rated AC contractors from Angies list and they all said the same thing... Bottom line, this guys are ok for a small fix, but if you are looking for something major, you may want to look elsewhere.. I had also asked them to give me an estimate to install a whole house central humidifier, but they failed to even give me the estimate because it was a time peak time when they were super busy. I had also asked them to look into replacing our Honeywell zoning controller which is old and I had found a new one that should help improve our zoning system but the owner never even got back to me.. I even called him once and asked what's up? He said he will get back to me and he didn't. I was hoping and thinking that they can become our go to AC company, but obviously this is not happening. Since then I have hired Khan air to adjust our zoning system and to my surprise they did a great job and made our system a lot more comfortable. They might not be the cheapest one, but they won't take the job if they can't make it right!

I''VE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS OF ANY KIND WITH THEM. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL COME, THEY DID THE WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AND THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEAN. WITHOUT HESITATION, I RECOMMEND THIS FIRM.

Aaron was on time, knew his stuff, was very efficient and neat, and made a couple of suggestions on routine maintenance that owners can perform that I hadn't heard before and appreciated. Service contracts for many consumer goods aren't worthwhile, in my estimation. When there's a lot that can go wrong (a car), they price them so most people lose. When not a lot is likely to go wrong for a number of years after the warranty period (a stove), the financial arrangement may not favor a service contract either. But heating and cooling appliances, if you don't take care of them, will break down at times of peak need when it's hard to get service. For this reason, I think a fairly priced service contract is win-win for both the contractor and the customer-- as long as the contractor is trustworthy. I highly recommend Ibbotson Heating.
