I bought a house and was so excited. For everything except the carpet. The light beige carpet was mostly stained black,it had stains all over it, had ripples, and all in all, was just completely disgusting. I was pretty confident that it could at least be cleaned, but I had little hope that it would ever have any visual appeal. Not to mention that it smelled like dog and cigarettes. It's a big house and I bought the $200 for up to 2000 sq. feet special. Now I knew that I was going to need restoration and the carpet was going to need a lot of work, but buying this special was just a place to start. The house is about 3700 square feet, so maybe 3000 sq. ft is carpet. After walking the house with the owner Gustavo, he told me that it would cost $250 to do the additional work that was needed: restoration, additional square footage cleaning, and carpet stretching. I had a few rooms that needed stretching. I was happy and surprised at the price. So a total of $550. The crew had their hands full. It was 2 men plus the owner. I was able to see the magic as it happened, one room after the next. But the room that I was waiting for was the family room. This was by far the worst room. I took "before" pictures, but they cannot truly capture how awful this room was. It took them several attempts to get this room cleaned up. In the end, I was very happy with the results. They got out just about every visual stain, except one, which looked like it was food coloring. And it was a large area in one of the bedrooms. After about 4 hours of work, they left. Gustavo told me that if anything wasn't to my satisfaction, they would come back and fix it. The next day, one of the rooms that he stretched the carpet was worse. There were huge bumps in the carpet - so much that it was unsightly. I called and several hours later, Gustavo came and kicked out more carpet. My wife asked him about the blue stain. His idea was to cut out that piece of carpet and replace it with another cut out piece of carpet from the back of the closet. Well, that's what he did ($85) and it looks awesome. In the end, I saved about 3000 sq. ft. of carpet for $635. A far cry from replacing it. And Gustavo said that with some time and additional treatments, the carpet will get even better, which after seeing his results and professionalism, I believe it. I would highly recommend this company if you need any of the services that I did. You will not be disappointed.
