Recent Review: We just moved and took our gas stove with us, but upon trying to install it in the new house realized that the fittings wouldn't work. Southwest Gas recommended that we call a plumber. When I called Jack Dish on New Year's Day, I didn't expect a callback until the next day. But, surprisingly Jack called me back later that same day and I explained to him our issue. He said they would be able to come out the next day and would call me in the morning. When I spoke with David the next day, it turned out they were having some car issues (I think two of their cars broke down that day and had to be towed), but they promised to be there within a few hours. And just as promised, Jack showed up and immediately began working on the stove. He had to go get a part at one point, but was finished fairly quickly. He was polite, professional, and made sure everything was working properly (all burners were working, etc.) before he left. I'd say that overall it was a good experience and I would use them again if I needed to.
