Went fine - they went the extra mile, when the kitchen faucet was too high to clear the plantation shutters the lead went back to the distribution center and brought back a faucet that would work better and didn't charge me for the inconvenience. They're awesome!!!

He did a wonderful job. We spent less than $1000. There were existing countertops which we were trying to match. He came in and matched them up. He had them poured, brought them and put them in. He was good. His price was cheaper than others. We will use this company in the future.

I had to be Terry's most bothersome customer ever! I chose my granite while my husband was deployed, so I was hesitant, indecisive, ambivalent and moody. Not only that, I was installing my own cabinets that my husband built before he left and I finished. Throughout the whole ordeal, Terry and his crew were ... patient, professional, supportive and they didn't QUIT or turn down the job for having to deal with me. We actually had fun (I think). If someone is buying granite anywhere else in the Black Hills, they don't know what they're missing!! Best granite available at any price, but also great prices. Hands down the best customer service, no question. If there's a problem (there was one very minor problem), they'll fix it or replace it.

Mike was wonderful. We had picked out granite and he installed for us. They showed up at 7:30 and were done by 3. They were clean and the kitchen looks beautiful. I am fairly picky when it comes to great businesses and I would have to say that Mike is wonderful!

ATAKE IT FOR GRANITE TOO
Take It For Granite Too did a great job on our countertop. They matched the countertop with our island top and used high quality materials. They built everything to our specification. We have not had any problems with our countertops at all. Everything turned out perfect. I am very satisfied with all the work that they did.

We were in the initial phase of our research regarding replacing our kitchen countertops. After much research on the Internet to learn about various materials and procedures, including companies that install countertops, we contacted Mike's CounterTops and spoke with Mike. He was quick to arrange an in-home visit to assess our needs, show us some of his countertop samples, and provide an estimate of total costs for the project. He was very punctual and arrived at the appointment time, and was extremely courteous and professional. We immediately liked him and his estimate was well within our budget. Our only disappointment was that we weren't seeing a particular countertop sample that excited us. We liked everything about Mike but we were just too undecided regarding countertop colors. We were that way with other offers, too, but we kept searching until we found a countertop supplier that had slabs of that one countertop material and color that was perfect for our kitchen. Deciding upon the installer was a tough decision for us after we narrowed it down to the final two companies before we made our final decision. Although we did not select Mike's CounterTops this time we were very impressed with everything about Mike. I encourage everyone who is considering replacing their kitchen or bathroom countertops to do your research and get more than one estimate. Be sure to schedule an appointment with Mike because his estimate is very reasonable, his professionalism is exemplary, and he might just have the exact color countertop for you.

I went with them because their price was very cheap and while the granite countertops and sinks are fine they used OSB for underlayment (which swells and delaminates if it gets wet) and used poor quality glues and caulking. The glue didn't hold the countertop down when a seam popped and for a few months (until I had another company fix it) I had a 1/8" difference in height between my main two pieces of countertop. The caulk they used on the kitchen sinks wasn't a good quality silicone so it mildewed up in no time and I had to scrape it out and recaulk with the good stuff. Also they didn't clean up well after themselves and left a lot of granite dust for me to get rid of. And when the light hits the seams they look very dull compared to the high polish on the rest of the countertops. That is because they didn't do a good job of polishing the seams during the installation. To recap, the positives are that they were cheap, responsive and punctual. Everything except the left over dust looked great when they first finished the job but it didn't take long for their poor quality glue and caulking to cause me problems. All things considered I would not use them again. I'd go with a more expensive company that does better quality work.

Createive Countertop personnel were highly professional and good at communcating options to potential challenges (so that we could engage in decision making and they could ensure no unpleasant surprises arose). They made the process very simple and efficient.

Mick replaced my old countertops and did an excellent job. Over a year later I had to have my kitchen area (on a stand alone island) replaced and my countertop was broken. I called Mike and he was able to find a great match to my other granite countertops. He then installed them for me, again doing an excellent job.
Recent Review: Dealt with Joe Duran, both at the store, and at our home when he came to measure for a bid. Very pleasant, and they carried the Cambria quartz we wanted. We scheduled an install date, and actually had the work done a day early. Two installers/fabricators showed up and set up operations on the driveway. They demo’d the old top, laid new underlayment, and started installing new quartz top. Primary installer (wish I recalled his name), was very concerned with accuracy of cuts, and surface being level. He shimmed where needed rather than just slapping down new surface. Very accurate cutting for sink (and on scene polishing of cut edges). Overall very happy with company, product and install. The kitchen is fairly small, but quartz bumps up the cost...WCCC pricing was about $2000 less than competing bids we had received using the exact same product.

Recent Review: It took a lot of phone tag to finally get the technician to our house, but once here he was efficient and professional and did an amazing job. The chip was in the edge of a white quartz countertop, very difficult to match perfectly, and the repair is absolutely invisible. Not the lowest bid, but worth the price.

Recent Review: Six (really) team members came in the house promptly at 8 am and worked and worked and worked until almost 2 pm. Before starting their work, they moved everything for me! In addition, they wrapped all of the appliances, staircases and different corners to ensure that the chemicals were not sprayed on them! They scrubbed and cleaned the stone floors twice and even was on their hands & knees scrubbing all of the limestone clean. The master shower is noticeably cleaner and the grout is just gleaming. I have used other tile/grout cleaning companies before and they never were able to clean and restore the stone surfaces like this company. I highly recommend Silver State Floor Restoration.
Recent Review: Our house is 22 years old. My husband and I discussed having our master bath (specifically the shower) retiled as we had noticed some water damage due to leaking. As a member of Angie?s List, I contacted Team Tile and Stone and made arrangements for an evaluation walk-through. Steve worked with us and let us know that wecould replace all the tiles in the bathroom, the countertop and the flooring (carpet) at the same time. After the walk-through with my husband (for the job details) Steve met with us again to show us the selection of tiles and fixtures available and presented his quote. He was easy to work with, even e-mailing us photos for the countertop selection. After the specific items were determined, work was scheduled to begin on Monday at 7:00 a.m. At 6:45 a.m. Steve and the crew arrived and placed the ordered supplies in our garage and began their set-up! (This was their work pattern for the rest of the week as well!) The floors were covered in plastic from the door to the bathroom. During demolition and the subsequent days of work, Steve?s crew were polite, worked hard (no loud music), and cleaned up after themselves each day. The work was scheduled to take 2 weeks however all the main work was completed in 6 days and the total job was done in 10! (We had to wait for the shower doors installation as well as a replacement tub faucet [screws were missing]). The person laying the tile for Steve is very professional and I am very pleased with the look and the even-ness of the tile lay-out. He took this time and showed real pride in his work. I have plantation shutters that needed to be worked around and I was not worried about any damage. The crew was willing to show me their work as they went along. Steve was very good to answer questions and to respond to our calls as the work progressed. I am very pleased to have a new master bathroom and have already made recommendations of this company to my friends!
