Excellent! Bill Carter explained the process of purchasing a pre-owned tub. The advantage was cost and the six month full warranty. We just LOVE our new spa! They installed it promptly and assembled the pergola in a few hours. Boy, does this make a difference! Just love being in it when it rains or snows. Fixed a leak recently, very prompt response. We also realized quickly after purchase that the original used cover was ripped, moldy and very heavy! Called Bill within the six month period, and I received a return call from a spa tech who asked if it was ok if they brought out a brand new one! They also fixed the lock, which had been broken over time. Fantastic service from Bill, who goes over every detail of maintenance, which is next to nothing.

We had a hot tub which had not been used in years (came with our home purchase). Gary came and assessed the situation and made recommendations for repair. He had to come a couple of different times as after it had been running a while a few other minor problems developed which he promptly identified and fixed. We had never had a hot tub before, Gary took all the time we needed to educate us on how to maintain our hot tub and to discuss the science of hot tub care. He also never tries to sell you anything that you don't need. He shows up exactly on time, he is quick and efficient. Excellent service every time we have called him. He provided accurate quotes for any and all repairs, there were never any surprises. After the repairs it has been running flawlessly. I called on a Friday and they came on a Monday and fixed it. It was the wire to the heater that had gotten fried. They fixed it right away and did not charge me anything additional on top of the basic service call. That was pretty nice. They came while I was away. I left a note on the hot tub just to give me a call if there was any problem. After fixing it, they left me a note. When I called to make the service call, I had to pay for the service call in advance. They left a receipt for that as well. They were honest and professional. They didn?t overcharge for the service. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I called Spa Tech on a Saturday and he called back with an hour and came to the house on Sunday. He diagnosed the problem and we ordered a new motor through Spa Depot. He said it would be much cheaper to buy the motor this way rather through a dealer here in town. When it arrived a week or so later, I called Jim and he came out the next day and installed the unit for us. He was great to work with and charged us $160 total for both visits. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how the different power components of the hot tub work and why the problem was in the hot tub and not the breaker box. He even took a couple calls for advice on our subsequent hot tub purchase/installation....no charge! Great guy, very professional.

Recent Review: I called to see if Fusion could do the job. The Receptionist was extremely polite and professional and patched me through to Jeff almost immediately. Jeff listened carefully to my situation and issue. Recent Review: Ric called back on a Saturday within 10 minutes of leaving a message and was at my house within the hour. He did thorough diagnosis to determine that a fuse has been blown in the hot tub. Unfortunately he did not have the fuse in stock. After replacing the fuse, the "not turning on" problem was fixed. But the original problem of tripping the breaker returned. He came back and did further diagnosis to determine the breaker was tripping at half the amperage it should. He did not have a grounded breaker to replace the breaker, but had a normal breaker he installed for me and recommended I buy and install the GFI breaker. I have some electrical experience and felt comfortable with this, and it did fix the problem. Ric is very professional and helpful. The only negative is the two parts I happened to need, he had neither in stock. I ended up having to buy both myself and install both myself. If he had the parts, it would have saved me time and money (not charging for two trips), but I understand he can't have everything in stock in his van.
Recent Review: Serviced within 24 hours and fixed our problem very quickly and professionally. They took the time to hear our situation, brought us out to show us the problem and told us how they would fix it and tested the problem again to ensure quality. I will recommend them to all friends/family...if we ever run into a problem we know who to call. Highly recommend!
Recent Review: I needed to get the electric disconnected to a hot tub on my deck since I was having it removed the following week. I also had an outdoor globe light out. I called on a Thursday morning and they scheduled the service call for the same day. The electrician was Mark who came out, looked at what I needed and gave me a reasonable estimate from which I could deduct my Angie's List 10% discount. He didn't have the socket for my globe light on the truck and drove to Lowe's to get it. Even then, the work was completed in less than two hours. He was professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again.
