Recent Review: Work was performed as described. many of my neighbors have since used Ardery Construction for similar renovations. The team always followed up if there were any issue or questions. I have been working with Ardery construction for 10 years.
After months of contractor bids and comparison shopping, my husband and I successfully added on a beautiful Master Bedroom, a Game Room for our children, and a 3rd car garage. The additions by Remodeling Pros were so perfect, you would never know they were added on after the home was built. Amazing! Even our neighbors comment on how there is no way you can tell. As the 'lady of house', I was so pleased that I never had to put up with any disrespectful comments or privacy issues with the workers. You could tell they were all hand picked by Keith for their expertise AND integrity. The project was complete in 4 months time, as scheduled and on budget!! Having some construction experience myself, I initially thought these additions could have easily taken 6 months or longer. My husband and I were surprised that they were working every week day without fail (except for a few rain days) which they made up on some Saturdays. This is what you want to see above all else. Keith was often onsite and always available to talk to us. We (I) had a few change orders along the way, as one would expect, and we were not charged. Last time I built my own home, I hated to even consider a change because I knew it would really cost me $$. Remember small changes along the way are always inevitable in construction if you want to get exactly what you want (and you should.). Our neighbors often commented and were so impressed with how fast the construction was taking place. We continue to use Remodeling Pros for all of our home-improvement needs. Their work ethic of being on-time and providing the services agreed upon, cannot be equaled. Keith and his Team are always forthcoming with what jobs they will take on or refer to other reputable sources. (very few). You cannot find a more conscientious, hard working, and professional crew than the Team that Keith and Remodeling Pros have put together over the years. My wife and I are available to discuss any details further if you want to get in touch with us.

AScott Dunn Painting and Plastering
I have used Scott over the past several years for various interior and exterior painting and handyman projects. Most recently he painted the exterior of my house. Previous to that he had painted my living room, kitchen, game room, and office areas. He has also fixed light fixtures and done some light plumbing work in my house. He was very detail-oriented and did not cut corners. He was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. His estimates have been fair and reasonable. After the job he left the house spotless and the colors were perfectly matched. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

He told me that I didn't need to pull a permit b/c we weren't adding to the area, so he didn't pull one. He also kept the original tin roof, whereas the rest of the home has shingles. He used Styrofoam for insulation, and he the wood he used to frame out the walls for the room are only an inch thick, the drywall is coming off the walls, there electrical is not even grounded, it's been a nightmare. To make it worse, he is a licensed contractor, he won't return my phone calls, I have to call him from numbers he doesn't recognize to even get him to answer his phone. Every contractor I've talked to since has told me that I got ripped off for what he charged me & the size of the job. It's hard b/c contractors won't give specifics for what they charge so you can compare with other contractors in bids. I know the material he used probably only cost him about $800, if that. Also, when he was running a/c duct to the new room his heating and air company busted a pipe and when I came home for lunch there was water leaking through the light fixtures. I asked him to give me a copy of my contract but he refused. I hope no one ever uses this guy.

Everything has gone very well. At the beginning of the project I picked out material for the sleeper sofa myself and then couldn t sleep on the decision, so I made the decision to call her for some help. I am so happy that I did make the decision to consult her for the design, as her choices were infinitely better than what I came up with on my own. She did a great job of selecting fabric for my sofa and pillows, and was able to coordinate the wall color as well. I have no basis for comparison on the prices, but at $75 per hour they seem very fair. She is very responsive and was able to get to me right away. She is absolutely professional and we have been very happy with her.

AThree Wise Men Design & Build LLC
From the beginning, it was clear that Three Wise Men cared about customer satisfaction. They were patient with our requests and changes. They always kept our budget in mind while providing superior quality service. The project managers on the job each day never left without cleaning up so the house was "liveable" throughout the project. We could not be happier with the job they did and the beautiful new home we have! We HIGHLY recommend Three Wise Men.

AThe Home Design Pros
Jeremiah and Tony of Dillow Construction did an absolutely fabulous job! From the initial contact and meeting, to getting our ideas on paper, to plans, to full construction they have been a complete joy to work with. We had numerous problems with our original builder in 1989 and were very "gun-shy" going into this work. Jeremiah and his entire crew and subs have been nothing short of stellar through this whole process. To save money and stay inside our budge,t we opted to do the painting ourselves and they offered many tips to us along the way that saved time and monies. Schedules were all met on time, appointments kept, and workmanship was perfect. They have done such a good job we are having them do our other bathroom and likely move from there to redoing the kitchen. Would highly recommend them to anyone who asked and have even done so to neighbors.

APremier Home Remodeling LLC
Let me start by saying my husband and I are obsessive/compulsive, detail driven, planners! This remodel was planned as Phase II of the 2009 room addition so we knew exactly what we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it. Six to nine months from our anticipated start date, we began the process of interviewing contractors. After interviewing two contractors and getting an uneasy feeling, we joined Angie's List and located Mike. There is a "meant to be" backstory that would take pages to explain. Suffice it to say, it was a good fit. Mike met with us a number of times and was at all times patient and professional. We asked a ton of questions and he anticipated those questions that we did not know to ask. We "grilled" him on his anticipated schedule and what would be accomplished in each week. During the first two or three days of construction, they demo'd the space down to brick and concrete. There was a daily parade of plumbers, electricians, HVAC tradesmen. We took daily photos and posted them on Facebook so our family and friends could participate in the process. Mike's attention to detail is impeccable. Because the space flowed into the great room addition, I was especially concerned about a seamless transition of the finishes; i.e., baseboard and trim, and how the wood floors would join the tile. Mike tackled each challenge with an eye for architectural detail. In addition to the excellent quality of worksmanship and attention to detail, they were extremely diligent about keeping the work space clean of construction debris and protecting the non-work spaces. Living like a plastic wrapped episode of "Dexter" for a few weeks was worth it in the end. Finally, Mike and his crew are genuinely nice people, funny, and entertaining! We had a blast and look forward to doing it again when we remodel my bathroom.

After receiving two estimates from companies that did not seem overly excited to work our project, I joined Angie's list and immediately contacted Keith at Remodeling Pros for an estimate. Keith showed up on time, took measurements and seemed genuinely eager to take on our project. Keith took the time to explain to us several room addition options that would enhance the curb appeal of our home. He provided drawings of several different roof designs for our room addition. We then met and decided to go forward with the room addition. After reviewing the contract, we had several add ons and Keith had no problem with the additional changes. Keith Sheets (the owner) was very good to work with throughout the process. He returned our calls in a timely manner. He would often stop by to check on progress and would often have one of his team members on site when there was work being performed by a subcontractor or when an inspection was scheduled. Keith's team of professionals did much of the work and they were all great to work with and took the time to answer any and all of my questions. The subcontractors that Keith used did excellent work. When there were a couple of additional items that came up, Keith responded positively, often at no additional charge for labor or materials. A couple of areas that could have gone smoother. While we had a general idea of the construction plan for our addition and that per contract, it would be complete in 90 days, we never received a written schedule of work. While Keith was good about returning our calls and telling us what would happen next and approximately when, for us, having a written schedule of what should happen and when, would have been a big help. There were a couple of other issues where we were a bit disappointed in the response by Keith, but they were relatively minor issues and did not detract from the overall great quality of the job. An area that was partially out of Keith's control were the city inspections. I was surprised when several of the inspections were failed because of minor issues or inspector recommendations that did not appear to be required by the plan or code. However, Keith and his folks responded appropriately and subsequently passed the reinspection and were able to keep within the completion schedule. The bottom line for us is that we are very pleased with everything that was done. We've had compliments from neighbors/friends on the look of the addition and have passed along Keith's contact information. We would welcome the opportunity to have him work on our house in the future and strongly recommend Remodeling Pros. We have had several bad experiences in the past with contractors (not on Angie's list). No question about it...we will check Angie's List to get reviews of companies before hiring anyone. We found Remodeling Pros on Angie's List and are very happy overall with the experience and especially the finished product.

Jason was not only excellant at what he did but his professional attitude was superb. Jason did all the work hisself he did the estimate and the work. He was fair and even did a little bit more than expected. He always cleaned up after hisself and explained any work around that was necessary to ensure that we would understand what he had to do and why he had to do it. Jason completed the following work, Re-painted, patched and caulked our livingroom and dining room. He fixed two wall in the family room where we had removed a wall unit that left the wall damaged including the ceiling. The finished was so good that if you look at the areas that were worked on you would never know that the damage was there. He also painted the entire family room including the ceiling. The dining room had one wall that needed repair he completed that repair then replace the entire dining room with new crown molding and painted the entire room. Additionally, he repaired a hole in our garage ceiling and installed a new light fixture for the garage. And last he installed a attic ladder in our house so we wouldn't have to always get the ladder to go up int the attic where we have storage. We will definitely use Jason again and as a matter of fact have already started talking to him about other work around that needs to be done.
