Mr. Weinrich always does an excellent, efficent job. This time was no exception. This garage was in poor condition, holes in the siding, gutters falling off. In several days all siding, gutters were removed and new siding and gutters were installed. A doorway was closed and another doorway was placed in a different area on the garage. The structure was strengthened, stabilized so that the garage could be used for storage. Added extra security features. Couldn't be happier with the complete project.

They built it but failed to install any drainage. As a result water pooled behind the wall and it blew out after only one winter. Insurance failed to pay for the repairs saying the wall had been built improperly. We contacted the company and they eventually took ownership of the problem. They rebuilt the wall but asked us to pay the cost of materials. The repaired wall did not look as nice, and they left large mounds of earth and stone to block our walkway, but we were assured they had reinforced the repairs with steel and concrete. The repair looked unfinished, but we were more concerned with function over looks. A few weeks after the repairs were made we were contacted by the owner. He said he had just been told by the company that makes the interlocking brick system they used to build the wall that the bricks may not be rated for walls over three feet high. He said he was going to do some more research and get back with us. It has been several months and we have yet to hear back despite trying to contact him several times. It is this lack of communication and uncertainty over if the wall they build will remain safely standing for a meaningful period that compelled this poor review.

The wall was professionally built with the proper footers, stone backfill and drain pipe to run off water from the wall.

-The laminate was a special order item, so we expected to wait a while on that. When it did ship, it took a few weeks for them to come out to install it. It looked great for a day or so, but the laminate began to bubble and separate from the wall. Lee did some research and determined that using a using a different adhesive and adhering the laminate to a layer of subfloor would work better. More time passed while the new material was ordered, and then we waited a few more days for Lee to come out and finish the job. The finished job is excellent - I know I have hit it hard several times, but you can't tell. In all, they installed one layer of laminate, tore it and the damaged drywall out, and installed a layer of sub flooring and a layer of laminate over that. Fine Painting only charged us $825 for the whole job, and it does look good. The delays are the only reason I did not give them a perfect review, But I would still call Fine Painting again. Lee worked really hard to make it right, and it shows.

Back half of brick retaining wall was leaning and needed to be replaced. I requested an estimate to remove and replace the back two-thirds of the wall. The front part was in good condition. The estimate was reasonable and I authorized the work. When the workmen came to remove the wall, they started in the front and removed the entire wall. I called Chase King and asked what he would do. He said it was their mistake and they would replace the entire wall at no additional cost. The work went smoothly. The wall looks great and I am very happy with the wall. I was so pleased with their work, I also had them replace my asphalt driveway with a concrete driveway. I am also very pleased with that work.

Cleared brick from fallen wall site. Salvaged usable brick. Obtained additional brick that matched from a demolition project. Reconstructed wall to its original appearance and matching a wall on the opposite side of the drive. Waterproofed both walls. Work completed in a timely manner. Work site was cleaned up very well. Would definitely use again in the future.

They supported the wall while repairs were made. They did an awesome job of cutting away the rotted wood and placing new wood to support the wall. They did the drywall and painting work afterwards. It looked perfect.

They were to check my walls in the basement because they put anchors on them to pull the walls out. They came out and cheeked it and reassured me everything was ok.

They surpassed my expectations on the attractiveness of the wall. We mainly wanted a utilitarian wall, but they cleared out the old cement block, brush, debris, and added a nice accent to the wall which made it all the more attractive. We were very impressed. We are going to have them bid on another masonry project we have in the near future.

We have a combination of textured walls and smooth walls. We also had the textured walls painted with one color of paint and the smooth walls with a different color. All painting was done just as we wanted and we even ask for the cabinet above toilet to be painted also. They said yes to painting that cabinet even though it was not include in the original work that we ask to have done. It does need another coat and we are going to do that ourselves once it dries. We would have them back to paint again. We are already considering having them return to paint ceilings. We recommend them for painting. You won't be disappointed.
Recent Review: THEY are soooo wounderful......even repaied a crack I had out side of the home which they never said they would be fixing along with stablization of my basement walls. Recent Review: A&D has helped us multiple times before, and as always, they were extremely punctual, professional, and thorough. They use an infrared scanner to look at the damage (inside walls and ceilings) and can pinpoint exactly what may have gotten wet. They bring in all sorts of equipment to dry out water damage including blowers & dehumidifiers. But, they also use air scrubbers to filter the air as it's being forced into walls and under carpet - this really keeps the dust down. They have always properly removed the base trim and drilled small holes in the drywall to allow the blowers to circulate air inside the walls to make sure everything is dry. With previous water damage, they have had to replace drywall and paint, etc - and it always looks prefect. A&D Hydraclean's employees are true pros and really know what they are doing, and when they bring in subcontractors, they are equally as professional and courteous. After using them several times, I highly recommend their services.
Recent Review: We had several landscape companies give us quotes for building a retaining wall. Justin's estimate was not the least expensive, but definitely the design we liked better. By looking at his portfolio, it was evident he and his crew did quality work. We had an idea of what we wanted, but we gave him the job of making a design as well. He incorporated what we had envisioned and added a good deal of his creative thoughts. He spent time with us picking out rock and stone, at the place where he purchases them. When we talked about wanting sand on a beachfront, he encouraged us to use pea gravel instead. The pea gravel was a good choice. We appreciated his honesty when he thought something needed to be done differently; his reliability by showing up for work and letting us know if for some reason they could not come (which was rare), and his excellent communication as he kept us abreast of things when we were not at home. Justin and his crew were courteous and pleasant to work with. They left the job site clean and neat. We were blessed to have done business with Justin's Landscaping . We highly recommend them.

Recent Review: Awesome. Jerry kept me up to date on scheduling and did fantastic work. The guys in his crew were friendly and accommodating. Best clean up of a job site of any contractor I have ever hired.
Recent Review: Workers dug trenches and filled in areas of subsidence around the outside of the house. Also cleaned and re-routed downspouts and downspout drains. Also dug up and replaced drainage system throughout basement's outside walls. Work included jackhammering, pulling out old pipes and gravel (inappropriate grade of gravel, btw); installing new pipes, drilling new holes in wall, installing new plastic sheeting and wall lining, laying in correct type of gravel, and pouring/smoothing cement. Also installed backup sump pump. Found and replaced corroded water pipe. Identified water pipe from kitchen sink/dishwasher that was clogged and tended to back up. Found drains in basement that backed-up water was welling up through and sealed them. Recommended plumber to investigate rest of water pipe for leaks and to cable (roto-rooter) it. Result: Dry basement!
