Recent Review: The serviceman, Brad, called ahead and arrived early in the window of time estimated. He quickly assessed our malfunctioning dishwasher and advised me that a certified factory technician would be needed to do the repair. He was forthright, honest and quick. In addition, he refused to require the trip charge stating, "I don't ask people to pay for my ignorance." He gave me a plan of action and tips for addressing issues in the future.
