Great - Prompt response to schedule consultation and the installation. Shutters came in earlier than expected. Much cheaper than competitors and looks fantastic in our dining room. Professional, responsive, cleaned up after themselves after installation too!

A WINDOW WAS ACCIDENTALLY BROKEN DURING INSTALLATION. COMPANY DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO EXPEDITE REPLACEMENT OF WINDOW AND FINISH INSTALLING SHUTTERS, INCLUDING CREDITING THE BALANCE WE OWED. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Mr. Robbins was very professional and offered a lot of good advice for what I requested. He was concerned with, not just the look, but the overall quality and price. Installation went well and I am very happy with the overall experience. I will be calling him again when I decide on the other windows in my home.

Mr. Burke came out measured windows, helped decide which shutters were best. Installers were on time and installed shutters quickly and perfectly. Very happy with service, installation and quality.

We have used Stacey several times over the course of several years and 2 houses.  We have mainly purchased Plantation Shutters which we have gotten in phases.  She's very punctual and the price and quality are superb.  We did have a problem on a window  once and she was very quck to take responsibility and make it right.  She has provided and installed shutters, blinds, woven wood blinds and homeycomb shades for us.  I would definetly use her again.

Service was efficient and courteous, and they were well-skilled. They ran into a few snags and found workarounds. I was hoping to get most of a list of projects done - they got everything on the list done in less time than I'd scheduled and definitely exceeded my expectations.

The whole process went very well.  In addition to Jerry's helpfulness, the installers were very professional as well.  Rick and Ben were outstanding.  The plantation shutters are beautiful!

Mike King first gave me an estimate several months ago for the purchase and installation of plantation shutters.  I gathered estimates from 2 other providers as well. Mike was by far the least expensive.  His blinds were nationally known brand and comparable (if not identical to) the manufacturer and styles estimated by others that claimed to be discounted or budget blind providers. I called Mike 4 months after the original estimate.  He came again to remeasure the windows.  He honored the original estimate. The blinds were ordered and installed today.  He did a great job.  Was timely and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

We requested a quote for plantation shutters on one window. I left a message and it took several days for a callback. An appointment was scheduled but David never showed up and never called. I assume because this was a small job that they just decided to dump us. Very unprofessional.
