I didn't have any problems with their actual service but their billing wasn't the best experience. It was difficult to get a live person to talk to, you have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. I paid my bill and received an invoice 3 - 4 weeks later and when I contacted them they acted like I shouldn't worry about it if I hadn't paid for it, which I had. It was on my Visa statement, so I know they were paid. With the shingles themselves, they charged an additional $200 to have someone out to match up the shingle color because I didn't know the color off hand. If I'd known I would have taken a shingle to them to match.
