Recent Review: On November 11, I paid Mister Quick to install a humidifier as their rep recommended because of my wood floors and antique furniture. He showed me how to operate the control etc. I could not tell a difference and I turned the control as high as it would go. The first week of January I had someone clean my dryer vent and while doing so noticed copper tubing in my utility closet that was not attached to anything. THE HUMIDIFIER WAS NOT CONNECTED!! I called Mister Quick after several visits someone installed it, while doing so noticed the control was just attached to wall no wiring or anything. A day or two later the piping pulled apart in attic and water poured into my walk-in closet. After three attempts the same guy that did the original installation supposedly fixed the problem. I was very uneasy about it and called R T Moore, they evaluated the installation and found it was not installed to code and numerous other problems. I feel assured that R T Moore has corrected the situation. My floors had split and the damage from the water in my closet so I filed a claim against Mister Quick. They compensated me for damage to my floor, repair and paint my closet, R T Moore's bill, but felt I did not need any compensation for my stress, missed work, etc. Need I say more of Mister Quick. I am a 68 year old widow who I feel was taken advantage of by Mister Quick. I recommend R T Moore as a reliable and honest company.
