They did a bad job. The flooring was miss matched and they left gaps at the base boards. it was impossible to get hold of them. I finally had to get the hardwood supplier to track them down. They would not return calls.

I would say the process of choosing the floor went quite well. I had my own ideas, bamboo and dark in color. Greg provided samples to take and evaluate, as to which one I would work best in my home. I did take a couple of light colored samples just to see how that might work out, but chose the High Tea (dark). This one I thought worked well with what I had in the rooms. The Installers did an excellent job in putting in the floor. It is a floating floor and they were very contentious in explaining what needed to be done in the way of prep work and installation. Most of which I had already known, but it was good that they explained things before getting started. The work consisted of; tearing out of the existing carpet, leveling the surfaces to be covered by the new floor, trim work in the doorways, centering of the boards (new floor), and installing new quarter-round. The Installers, Rick and Brian did a great job, and their workmanship was excellent. I am very pleased with the outcome of the whole project.

They came in, moved furniture, installed the floors and trimmed. They cleaned up and put the furniture back. It was an excellent job. I thought their pricing was competitive; however they were not the cheapest. I will use the company again in the future.

Up and down. Very slow to respond. As a retired person with construction knowledge, I had to hover over them to catch problems before they ruined expensive material by making inaccurate cuts. Left glue residue on surface too long and had to consult with manufacturers how to remove it. Not all removed to this day. Several stair nose sections were installed with wrong glue, and I have had to repair. Split transition pieces and nail pops still exist. Overall, after admitting ineptness and lack of experience, I felt swindled by a company that professed through online newsletters, that Christian morals are represented in their work ethic. Never could reach them for final punch list items. Finally received an email stating "please seek an alternative source for your home repairs." Overall, thoroughly disgusted by a cut-and-run operation. Watch out for this business to resurface under another name. BIG F! REGARDING INVOICES AND PAYMENT, THE OWNER, SCOTT BADGER, TALKED ME OUT OF PAYING THROUGH THE THIRD PARTY INSTALLATION WARRANTER, HSS, BY OFFERING A 5% DISCOUNT AND OFFERING THE IDENTICAL WARRANTY TERMS. NOW THAT THEY HAVE CLOSED THEIR DOORS UNDER THE NAME " HANDIWORKS UNLIMITED" I AM LEFT HIGH AND DRY, WITH ITEMS LEFT TO BE COMPLETED! BIG, BIG F!

After having an estimate done I scheduled installation. It took them about 2 weeks to schedule installation. The installers arrived and was able to install the floor in two rooms (living room and den) and then they encountered some damage to the slab in the bedroom. I contracted a company to repair but 2-3 feet of the flooring that was previously put down in the living room and den had to be taken up. Once Home Depot took the floor up and the the slab was repaired Home Depot came back out and reinstalled the taken up flooring and complete the flooring in the bedroom. They were very courteous, helpful, and ontime during this whole process. which took about 6 weeks. A job well done. We are very happy with the flooring, Really looks good

Randolph Brothers did an excellent job! Marc and one other gentleman did all of the work. They showed up on time every morning and worked until after 5 p.m. every day. The flooring looks fantastic. There were a lot of cuts and trim pieces and everything turned out perfect. They were very professional and kept their work area very neat and clean. They also did a lot of extras such as painting the shoe molding, moving all the furniture, and picking up and delivering all of the flooring.

AKeesee & Sons
Keesee and Sons has provided a variety of services in our new home, beginning with the initial interior paint job in 2012, then patching and repainting the entire interior and finishing our basement in 2015, as well as staining our front porch and large deck. Each time we have worked with them we have found them to be courteous, detail-oriented and careful craftsmen. The basement finish involved framing out two new rooms, installing drywall, installing bamboo floor, adding electrical wiring, and installing ceiling tiles and light fixtures. We are delighted with Keesee and Sons and will keep them at the top of our list for future painting and general construction jobs.

ACooper's Flooring Installation Services
I am completely blown away by how awesome our floors look. Chris did a wonderful job on our walk in shower. He exceeded all of our expectations. Chris and his team are professional and a pleasure to work with. I also appreciated their punctuality and hard work. I would definitely call Cooper Flooring again in the future and I will not hesitate to recommend him.
Recent Review: Danny's crew did an excellent job and were very professional and polite. Danny originally estimated the job to take two full days, but he brought extra men along and completed it the entire job in one day. They cleaned up all of their materials before they left and Danny said I could call him anytime if I noticed any imperfections. All the neighbors loved his work.
Recent Review: Arrived on time. Asked questions to determine exactly what was needed and explained what he needed to do to insure the work would be to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the end result.

Recent Review: I bought a 2 hour special on Angie's list. David Price, the owner, contacted me right away and scheduled someone within the week. I purchased the flooring tiles at Lowes and the handyman laid the floor very quickly and with precision. He was very nice and professional and I would hire them again.
Recent Review: Mark provided quality service and the job was done perfectly. All the corners around door entrances, closet floors and edges of the floor were done well and the floors look like new. Also the repair blends in with the floor. The quality of this job exceeded my expectations.
