Recent Review: They go through the garage floor and put it underground. They were very clean and punctual. They were very professional and power washed everything before and after. It was perfect. We have recommended them and would definitely use them again.

Recent Review: Not only was the work done to the highest standard, but Terry and his crew were professional, responsive and timely. Dealing with the insurance aspect of our flood was very overwhelming. Terry was knowledgeable about the requirements and helped us navigate that process every step of the way. Our home repairs were on budget and completed on time, and our house looks beautiful.
Recent Review: Everything that Marc has done has been topnotch quality. Marc has been great. He has a lot of business and a lot of people like him and it's very difficult to get him to do work for me but whenever I can, he's the person I get whenever he's available. He's completely honest. He will tell you absolutely directly, straightforward, right upfront what everything is going to be, what it's going to cost and what it's going to look like. He follows up with his workers everyday. He has done two or three homes for me. I bought a house about a month and a half ago. He started working on it three weeks ago. I have not even been there to look at it. I just don't worry about it. I know he's going do a good job. I know he's going be fair and honest with me. He's not the cheapest around but he is the best. You get what you pay for.
Recent Review: Heritage did a good job. It put a large crew on the roof and finished that portion of the work in about eight hours. Work on the gutters, screens, garage door, and fence was sub-contracted out by Heritage. All jobs were completed within about a week. Jobs were sequenced for efficiency and effectiveness, i.e. to avoid possible damage to already completed work. Site manager made frequent checks on progress of the work and kept in touch with me to assure satisfaction with the work. Workmen were courteous, professional, and careful.
I was so impressed. So the fence - yes, it's perfect, no spacing between the pickets, and everything is totally flush with the ground, which they leveled and they sealed off every hole to the outside. But the chicken run attached to the fence was really a piece of art. I asked for a chicken enclosure like a kennel that attached to the fence that was totally impenetrable. Troy and helper used 2x4s to create a really nice design which had poultry netting and the cutest little door with ornate black hinges and latch close to walk in and out. I just love it. I wish I'd done it years ago. The fence was not trivial either. They had to cut pieces to fit around a tree that was hanging over it, and they did a really nice job. They also leveled the fence towards the end to slope downwards to the street, getting progressively shorter. He said he takes a lot of pride in his work and you can certainly tell. We're looking forward to hiring him again to build a tree house when we can afford it. He is just so good with design. Highly recommended! The cost (cedar pickets and posts) was $1700 and $525 for a walk-in large attached chicken coop.

ATHE PERALTAS Remodeling & Services INC.
It went wonderful. After we had some scheduling issues, on both our parts we worked-out the date and time. We were able to pick out and pay for the door, and storm door. The Peraltas picked them up from Home Depot. They removed the old door, installed the new door, changed the door hardware as it was damaged when the break-in occurred. Also, installed a storm door, cut, installed, and painted the frame. And, cleaned-up after themselves. We are very pleased.

This is the second review for the same work that had not been completed as scheduled. All I can say is their technician saved their reputation. Duane did an excellent job on the installation which was not an ordinary job, he installed the storm door over a set of french doors. We are very happy with his work and would gladly ask for him again. Duane has saved this company from getting an F in ratings, great knowledge on how and what to do to get a satisfied customer. My only complaint with this office is that Sharon does not know how to schedule and clearly does not know how to satisfy customers. If you schedule with this company only schedule in the morning, Sharon does not seem to know how long jobs take and has a poor handle on scheduling.

The owner jiom arrived on time. checked out the door and dertimed it just need additional screws to repair the draging. he had quoted me 75.00 to rehang the door while on the phone, but decided additional screws was all I needed. The final cost was 20.00 for his and his helpers lunch, and I had to make him take that because he told me no charge. the job only took about 15 min.. I plan to have him put in a access ladder in my garage to my attic in the near future.

Siding had to pass inspection for a WDI 8 certificate for approval of wind storm insurance that required a hurricane engineer. Job was approved.

Things went very well. They negotiate with the insurance company for you. I had neither the time nor knowledge to do that effectively. My out of pocket cost was only for the deductible. The roof on my garage collapsed during a hailstorm and high winds, trapping my car inside. They offered to remove my car that night, but I declined because I did not want anyone hurt while the storm was in progress. They arrived promptly the next morning and removed the garage door so I could get my car out, and barricaded the garage. The quality of workmanship and materials is far beyond what was there before. I have a like-new garage now, in place of the 40 year old garage. The work was also done very promptly, with typically 4 - 6 craftsmen onsite. Work time was about 2 weeks. They also provide the most detailed quotes and invoices that I have ever received from a general contractor. I rated them "B" on price, but I will not hesitate to pay a little more to use them over a lower bidder. You get what you pay for. I have nothing but praise for their work.

The guys did great work! I purchased the handyman 4 hour package as a Christmas gift for my parents to install two doors, and they completed everything needed in time. They were very professional, and had the skills and knowledge to complete with ease. I will be using them again for future renovation needs!

AMartin's Paint & Home Repair
Called to confirm appointment on Monday and called again Tuesday morning to say on the way. Arrived on time, took receipts to Lowe's and picked up the doors and supplies. Came back and installed both doors in 3 hours. Also fixed a cabinet door that wasn't closing properly. Excellent professional friendly service.

The barn turned out great. Tommy Cloy is the owner, and he came out and gave the estimate. It is an all metal barn, as opposed to some of the local competition that build wood frame. The all metal turned out to be slightly lower in price than the wood versions. MWS was willing to run water from the house to the barn and install the sink and electrical (some of the others would only build the shell). MWS provided a turnkey service. Also, we had wanted our stall fronts customized, which was no problem. They even had an ingenious way to solve one of the problems with our idea. From start to finish, it did take a little longer than expected, due in part to weather delays. There were a few issues we had after completion, but MWS came right out and addressed them with no problem. Overall, it was a great value for the price. I did not give an ''A'' for quality simply because I know there are better, more expensive barns out there, but I believe MWS is the best value for the price.

AAnnie Does What Honey Don't
Installers showed up right on time, not even a minute late. Installers did a fine job and within a decent time frame. Very minor negatives: small language barrier, installers did not clean up real well (glass on door left dirty and metal shavings left on porch), "Annie" did not follow up to ask if I was satisfied. Other than the minor issues, I was happy with the service.
