We requested quotes from two providers before selecting Mosquitaway to install our mosquito misting system. We liked Rachel's responsiveness and willingness to meet with us and work with our requests to reduce the number of nozzles, self-fill, etc., plus she was willing to give us discounts on the installation, making her the low-cost provider. The system was installed and worked perfectly for three months. Sadly, we found that the responsiveness only applied to the sales process, and not to servicing the system. The system began to malfunction: the amount of chemical would not change for weeks at a time, then suddenly completely drain in one week. Mosquitaway refilled, then all the (very expensive) chemical was gone again three weeks later. I called the company 3 times and emailed twice; they did not respond for six weeks. By that time I was convinced that they had gone out of business, and I had contacted another firm. The other firm was ultimately not able to repair the system, and after another $1100 of services, we finally replaced the tankless system from Mosquitaway with a tanked system from another firm, which appears to be working much better. Before installing the replacement system, I did contact Mosquitaway once more to see if they could fix the faulty system they installed. When I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction, Rachel reached out right away and came to the house, and suggested a plan to repair the system. That fix was completed, but was not effective. I contacted Rachel to request a fix, and she indicated a tech would come out that week. Two weeks and two e-mails later, the tech had not come out. When I contacted her again, she indicated that last she had checked, the system had been working fine (despite my e-mails to the contrary). We are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the system, the quality of the install, and the level of responsiveness and customer service from Mosquitaway. We will not use this firm again nor recommend them to others.
