By far the best contractor we have ever worked with. Victor was always on-time (or early), his crew cleaned up every day during the remodel, and was very responsive throughout the project. The quality of the work is wonderful. They installed hard wood floors in our master bedroom, built out the closet and redesigned the interior, painted master bedroom, installed large tile shower, heated tile floors, new cabinetry and countertops in master bathroom. Also performed some electrical work as part of the renovation. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any job. Has great ideas and will offer great suggestions if you ask his opinion. Very honest, reliable and overall great to work with.

Our family hired the Jones brothers from CSI to upgrade our 70?s era ranch home. CSI was one of three contractors that visited our home. On the day of the estimate CSI arrived on time. Of the three contractors, only two actually did a written estimate. CSI's submitted estimate was a slightly higher estimate than the other written or verbal estimates given. CSI was hired to fully remodel two bathrooms and our master bedroom. CSI was able to begin working as soon as we had signed the contract and kept us up to date on when they would be in our house working. CSI had estimated that our master bathroom remodel which included relocating the toilet and sink would take approximately five weeks. They completed the remodel as scheduled and began working on our second bathroom immediately completed ensuring we had at least one bathroom at all time. The tiled walk in bathroom with the glass front is absolutely beautiful. CSI was continuously available by phone, email and in a couple of instances via text message to make last minute changes or work issues, allowing our family to have a much more active participation in its remodel as it progressed. CSI scrapped the popcorn off of the bathroom and bedroom ceilings, added recessed lighting in the bedroom and expanded the closet. Our only complication following the remodel was a leaky toilet. We turned off the water and called CSI. A plumber was out within the next few days to fix the leak. The plumber could have been there that day, however the toilet was not critically needed, so we opted for the work in the following days. We are planning on further remodel work on our kitchen, rewire our home and possible expansion of living quarters intp our garage. CSI will be our only choice for future remodels.

David and his team were very pleasant to work with....they were able to squeeze me in on short notice and did a great job---I appreciated their attention to detail with the job itself, with the prep work, and with the clean up afterwards....I have already asked for an estimate for another room I would like painted!

He is just wonderful! We have used him for the past four years. He has put hardwood floors throughout our house, built a screened in porch for us. He has also painted the exterior of our house!

Richard came over to fix a leak. Thought he had it fixed, but it still leaked. He came back a second time, found the problem and fixed it. He then came over when we had a big rain to make sure it was not leaking. He only charged his original fee. Richard goes beyond what you would expect from a repair person. He is very professional. I highly recommend him. Ben Miller

It was a disaster! The only thing that went well was the demo. On top of stealing $9K from me, he Michael Divine, which isn't his name, it's Michael Warren Sawyer and he has a record, he scratched all of my tile in my shower cause he used a hard wire brush attached to a power drill to get off the grout that he let stay on for 3 weeks!!! He should have wiped the grout off the tile as he was applying it. To top that off, he committed a felony when he then forged my signature on a $3900 check! Currently, I'm waiting for court and a grand jury to be put together. Never use this business. He will rob you'

Taylor is excellent. Fair priced, does amazing work, good a follow through. Started with adding a washer dryer connection, including electrical and plumbing in storage area of new home, he also installed vent fans in two bathrooms, added GFI outlets in two bathrooms, removed cabinets in kitchen, removed dated soffit in kitchen. Installed very cool range hood, installed cabinets (he was WAAAY cheaper than Lowes was going to charge and did much better work. installed appliances. removed two windows (den and master bedroom) and installed french doors to back yard. Including redoing brick rook to make the doors look like they were original to house. added can light in kitchen. Taylor does amazing work and I have recommend him to my friends. I am planning on using him to build a screen porch and deck later this year.

FExquisite Granite and Marble
Their work was so bad and customer service so horrible, it's hard to believe. I had 2 granite countertops, backsplash, faucets, sink and lighting installed. The countertop had seam that didn't match. Showed huge gap between countertop and dishwasher. Installer ran out of clear caulk and was going to use white but luckily I caught him and provided the clear silicone. Caulking around sink was so bad it started to mold. Sink installed dented but was replaced. Bathroom faucet installed damaged which I replaced. No caulking done in bathroom. Installer damaged wall next to countertop and just left it for me to discover. Lighting installed wrong. One of the kitchen lights was put up but didn't work so owner returned. The worse was that owner ordered wrong kitchen light which didn't fit in kitchen and wouldn't replace for the one I picked out. She said she couldn't return it, so I was stuck with it!! I showed her picture of correct light we had discussed and she still wouldn't give me refund. I showed her the email she sent me with a picture of the light I agreed to and she still wouldn't give credit. Jodi, the owner, lack of customer service was so bad it was outrageous. They expect the customer to pay for their mistakes and wouldn't remedy problems the company created by the bad workmanship. I had to hire another company to fix their mistakes. t project took five months b/c their handyman wouldn't show up or only worked for 5 hours a day. Three weeks later, after calling repeated, he'd show up again. DO NOT HIRE.

Her ideas are very fresh and new and she listens to what I have to say as far as any input I may suggest. She has a good eye when it comes to decorating and pulling the clients ideas together.

All work done is great. Jim was very respectful of my home while doing the job. He will be my go to guy for any other work needed.
Recent Review: Cransten Handyman and Remodeling were amazing! I had a rush job with several remodeling problems in my house and they accomplished every single item professionally and efficiently. Everything looks awesome. They kept in touch with you and lets you know exactly what's going on each day. I would highly recommend them for any job.
Recent Review: Working with House Pro Home Improvement was very easy. Both bathrooms were partially remodeled and some existing items were not replaced. Jonathan was easy to work with, and Rob did outstanding work. No only did we received regular updates on the project, but every night everything was neatly stored and the area cleaned up. All questions were answered very promptly, and details were discussed on the phone or at home. Some of the remodeling required wall tiles to be removed and later placed back, and there were also some new tiling required where we replaced a large jetted tub with a smaller one. Again, Rob did such a good job on both that it looks as if everything was re-done. I have waited a few months to write the review to see if any items needed fixing after House Pro completed the project, but so far everything is working exactly as it should and we did not need House Pro to come back for any issues. We would not hesitate to use them again!
Recent Review: Worked with Jason and his team to have a bathroom remodel completed and a hallway subfloor removed and replaced after having a huge mold issue in our crawl space repaired earlier in the year. They were prompt with an estimate and offered fair pricing. They were also accommodating when we needed to add on additional work beyond our original bathroom remodel estimate. I have two more rooms that need subflooring and flooring replacements, and certainly plan on using them again for those projects. Don’t hesitate to them!
Recent Review: I replaced my old, strangely sized, refrigerator with a standard size which didn't fit in the old space. Jeremy and one of his carpenters figured out how to do a custom built-in which looks fantastic, like it was there from the beginning. At the same time two of his painters did several painting projects, including preparatory spackling, sanding, priming, etc. All work was done in the time frame and cost that Jeremy had thought it would and turned out better than I had expected. His guys were friendly, professional and we felt comfortable having them in our home. What more can you ask for!
Recent Review: When I bought my home in 2016, I didn't know a soul in the area. I interviewed more than a half dozen contractors before I met Sherrill. I knew after speaking with him that I wanted him to completely gut and re-do the master bath. Since then, Sherrill and his team have gutted and redone the kitchen, built a privacy fence, a deck and a new front entryway. I have full faith and trust in them. They know exactly what they're doing. It's wonderful to be able to speak so highly of a contractor!
Recent Review: Bruce Zaidman, a regional manager for American Wood Reface, came to my home on March 27, 2011, to provdie me with an estimate to resurface approximately 36 drawer and cabinet fronts in my kitchen. I requested their estimate because I wanted wood doors etc. Bruce was courteous and really knew how to get the job done. Also, he brought lots and lots of samples with him, and spent a lot of time helping me pick out one or two that worked well in my kitchen. The samples were really very nice (they had that custom made, high end look) and they were solid wood. Bruce gave me a list of several references and I'm sure they would have done a good installation job. I didn't go with this company because of the cost. They quoted me $12,464.00 to complete the work--this included all the trim work, a built in shelf for the Microwave, and the removal of one cabinet that would be replaced with a one-drawer desk. They do not install countertops or back splashes. Nor do they do any plumbing. While I'm sure they would have done a good job, I thought that twelve thousand + was too high for resurfacing work. I had to put the kitchen remodel plans on hold for a couple of months, but will soon be getting estimates for new cabinets rather than refacing.
