Recent Review: I would definatly call them again for any plumbing or gas line issues. Our guy made the process almost fun. He was knowledgeable  and helpful and took away the fear of installing a gas line inside the house for the new dryer. The cost was very reasonable, too.

Recent Review: Fresno Plumbing sent Lawrence to my house to repair the gas line and fix the shower/tub kit and valve.  We had another contractor put in the gas line originally and another plumber put in the tub/shower kit.  The gas line had a leak that was discovered and was in an incredibly inconvenient spot.  Lawrence had it cleaned up and safely moved to a better spot with no fuss.  It works like a charm, no leak.  He also inspected the tub/shower kit and found that the prior plumber had made a mistake that would cause issues over the long run.  He fixed the problems and sealed everything up.  I would highly recommend both  Fresno Plumbing and Lawrence--I will be using them the next time I need plumbing assistance!

Recent Review: Service was great, very prompt! I really appreciate a company that shows up on time and returns phone calls and they did exactly that.  Came out to visually inspect gas line and to quote.  Came back three days later and completed job under price quoted.  Felt they were honest and knowledgable!

They were very efficient. The city signed off on it right away so it worked out fine. Their price was good. We would absolutely use them again.

The initial visit for the estimate was at the agreed time, was helpful and thorough. The service was done at the correct time and even cheaper than the estimate (a 10% senior discount).

Called company based on Angie's List reviews.  We needed a shut-off valve on gas line to install new dryer.  We spoke about the job and he was confident he could "make it happen," and I texted him some pictures of parts and lines.  He came the next day and installed the valve with no problem.  He was very friendly and professional.  Also asked about price for cleaning tankless hot water system.  Quoted $190, so I did not have him do that since Richard's fee was $90.  Richard's could not come out for another week, so Fresno Plumbing did the dryer ($150 after Angie's member discount - 10%), and Richard's serviced the tankless hot water system a week later.  Seems that Fresno's hourly rate was higher, thus the B grade for pricing.  Very good and prompt service though.

BGEORGE'S PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
Overall, the work went well. George is conscientious and concerned about giving good service. He is honest and did a great job in a timely fashion. This job involved more work than originally estimated, since there was no 3/4" gas line access. He installed the additional gas line in the same day and put the unit in. Neat work, very friendly, workers are polite, and he is conscious about cleanup as well, which was nice. Only negative was that on the day of the estimate, they got there at noon instead of 9 a.m on the day of estimate. I agreed to hire them for the job if they promised to be on time. On the day the work was supposed to be done, we had someone take 1/2 day off of work and wait for them. They didn't come out. The job had to be rescheduled for 9 a.m. the following Monday. Even on that day, they were 2 hours late. If you are patient, it is worth waiting for them because they do good work.

The team did a great job of installing the gas feed, but they put the grate in upsidedown and just lay the logs one on top of another not following the instructions that accompanied the log set. The hook-up was done well although they used a bright yellow flexible gas line which is very obvious looking in the fireplace. A black flexable line would have been much more appropriate. I had to take all the logs out, turn the grate upright and then reinstall the logs. Needless to say, I was dissapointed in what the installers had done outside of the gas connection they made.

I was considering a tankless water heater, but after talking to Aaron, decided against it.  The vendor that was going to sell it to me said it would be an easy install.  I found out that not only would it cost about $2000+ more from any provider (as it would need a larger gas line per the manufacturer), but that initial gas bills would likely rise just because of our nature to turn on the hot water handle.  Anyway, Aaron returned to do the work, explained most of the steps he had to go through, provided additional information to make me better informed on how to take care of it, and cleaned up afterward.  Install time was quick.  Service included a 1 year service (2 checks) on AC/Heating (which they had nothing to do with), and a Free CO detector/alarm per state code.
