Recent Review: I called and spoke with Lajan and told her that I had another door vendor who said that I had to reframe my whole door (at a cost of $1300 for both doors). She said that she very rarely saw a time when a door could not be repaired and asked me to go into detail on the problem. Both doors were cockeyed and hitting at the top, also the thresh hold was not very secure. I asked if they could come out and give me an estimate, in which she said they charge about $40 for the estimate or $90 for a service call. That took me a little off guard as I wasn't prepared to commit without knowing what the cost would be, but she assured me that there would not be a charge if they could not fix it nor would I have to pay for 2 trips if they had to reschedule it for another day. So, I went ahead with the service call for the next day. Their service tech arrived prompt and was very professional and courteous. He looked at both doors and said he could have me fixed in about 1.5 hrs and at a cost of $165. Wow. I was surprised. I had him complete the works and my doors work beautifully. They have a 30 day warranty on the work and a prorated warranty thereafter, but he did take the time to explain that in Texas and the changing soil to not be surprised if they need adjusted again. My doors no longer look cockeyed. There is no gap and they work like a charm. I would highly recommend them for anyone that gets one of those bogus quotes about replacing the whole door.
