Recent Review: We've been using Denver for the past couple of years ever since we found him on this site. He is such a reliable and professional handyman. My mother, who resides in El Paso, is trying to sell her house so she can be with me in Austin, and her house needed a few minor repairs. Since I'm managing the selling process and all of the repairs from a distance, it can be stressful and challenging with everything else going on. So when we discovered that a few repairs were needed in order to make the house look more attractive, I immediately contacted Denver. Not only did he understand the urgency behind our request and respond immediately, but he also charged a reasonable price. Every time we use his services he's either on time or arrives earlier and he gets the job done right. I would definitely recommend Denver to my family and friends who reside in El Paso and anyone else that is looking for a professional, reasonable and reliable handyman.

Recent Review: I got him off of Angie's List. He said that it was usually he and his wife, but his wife had gone out of town and it was he who came by to do the job. I had bought some appliances. He did a really good job. The stove, microwave, dishwasher and the refrigerator were all stainless steel. He took his time. He made sure I had manuals from all the appliances and showed me how he was going to do it. I had an agreement with what his plans were and how he was hooking it up. He was punctual and showed up when he was supposed to. He was very professional with his work. I was really pleased with his work. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Recent Review: I originally had this company do the estimates on repairs for my home purchase bid. They were timely and at reasonable cost estimate but forgot to tell me that they charge $100 on these if they don't get the work. They did tell me what they could not do and later what they recommended I not do because it was an inspection requirement but not cost effective for the real risk. I did purchase the home and arranged to do the repairs. Between the time of purchase and the repair date, El Paso had a major freeze. I called them in a panic when one of the pipes burst. They actually came out right away and stopped the leak. I was not living in the house so the water could be turned off until the repairs could be done. They took care of part of the problem that same day and finished at the end of the week planned appointment. They showed up for the planned appointment at the expected time and got the work done for less than the estimate. Joe took the time to explain to me what he was doing with the electrical and why. I was generally pleased with the work but have one outside faucet that sprays water all over and the microwave circuit has cut out - will have them come back to work on it. Unfortunately, I won't have a clue what the cost will be until they get here. The biggest problem is trying to get a hold of them and getting bids in advance. I was going to have them lay my floors but I could never get them to submit the bid. They promised it by the Monday after they did these repairs, but it never came and I ended up giving the bid to someone else. I have left emails without ever getting a response and Joe's phone is so busy that even if you leave a message, he doesn't always return it. In short, his biggest problem is that he is too busy. I will be hiring them again. Partially that will be because they are good value for the money and partially because I like Joe and his willingness to explain to me.
