On Thursday evening, the 26th, we noticed what looked like a termite or flying ant crawling up the wall in our living room. We then saw quite a few more in our laundry room. We knew both swarm this time of the year and were hoping they were ants, as they thought of termites was quite daunting. I called and left Safe Pro Pest a message on their machine, as it was after hours. The next morning, they called me at 8:10. I was immediately impressed with their quick response. Though Alex (the owner) didn't think he could get out to my house that day (Friday, the 27th), he asked me to email him pictures of the bugs to determine if they were ants or termites. He called me within 15 minutes of sending the pics. Unfortunately, they were termites. Not at all what we wanted to hear. At that point, Alex said he would try and get out to our house that afternoon -- which he did! After his inspection/evaluation, he took time to sit down with me and explain my options and his estimate. I sincerely appreciated his patience. I felt he had my home's best interest in mind at all times. After our mild winter, I knew they would be incredibly busy; however, I never felt rushed or pressured or panicked. And the best part of all? Alex and his service manager, Nick, graciously worked us in so my home could be treated that afternoon! The peace of mind I have now after using Safe Pro Pest was worth every dollar spent. They were professional, polite, prompt and fast -- the actual treatment took no time at all! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. They just gained a new loyal customer today!
