Not well following communication Hi Shanna, Rough numbers: 12.6sq plus waste, starter, ridgecap total 15 squares. 15 sq x $275/sq = $4125 for a 25 year shingle 15 sq x $300/sq = $4500 for a laminated shingle. Plus $100/square of decking needed to be replaced. We don't do the installation. The skirting can be Bought at Home Depot. And easily installed by a handy man to save money. :) My reply It seems you are not interested and it would have been more of a professional response to say so Your quote for the roof is way out of line and to tell me go buy the material and find someone else daaaa I would have if I could that is why I reached out to you recommended by Angie's List I am 65 alone with no means of getting such work done without guidance and to have such a response was very disappointing

ABATES MOBILE HOME leveling
Mr. Bates?and his helper were waiting for me on time. After I explained what I needed, they got to work and had my home, a 1500 square foot doublewide,?re-leveled in just about 2 hours. Took care of doors that wouldn't close, took out squeaks in various parts of the floor, and closed up some gaps that had opened up. I am going to be selling the home soon, and am really glad that I had Mr. Bates do this work.

ATOP NOTCH MOBILE HOME SERVICES
Top Notch Mobile Home Services is highly professional, and more importantly trustworthy company. I dealt with Chris the owner and he was here the entire time that the job was being done. He is the type of owner that actually does the work himself with some help. Chris was always patient and courteous. And went out of his way to explain everything to me. I will highly recommend Top Notch to everyone.

My gauge of their success was a closet door that would not close. After staying about two hours, they pronounced the job done--- although the closet door would still not close. Their solution: re-hang the door. Additionally, there was a squeak in the floor in the area where the double-wide halves were joined. They silenced the squeak---which lasted two days. Since then, I have called them about the return of the squeak. I was promised they would return on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. That day came and went without a visit or a telephone call from them. I called them again and was told they would call me back later that afternoon. Again, no response; and, there has been none since. For those who see my comments, be advised that they list two different locations for their business; but, they have the same telephone number. There are even a couple of websites that review them rather highly. The bottom line: don't waste your time or your money on them. They are after the quick money, and that is all. Of the differing website reviews, believe the worst.

AHome Front Renovations
Keith’s team at Home Front were amazing. We loveed the final results and we were extremely grateful for their patience and willingness to help us. We had some very serious plumbing issues that were interfering with the remodel. Home Front offered us advice, helped communicate with the plumbers and was sable to complete the project while working around these extreme circumstances! Also, this was my first remodel, Meagan helped me make tough decisions and offered me great advice. We’re looking forward to the next project!

Excellent work and we are very happy with the results. Our 1st home project w/ Stan and Jesus was about 3 yrs ago with extensive kitchen remodel, home flooring, and painting. It turned out GREAT! Earlier this year, Stan and Jesus remodeled our 2 bathrooms w/ extensive work in the master - again - the result was GREAT! Working w/ Stan has been a pleasure. The Team is knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY! Can’t go wrong with Kitchen and Bath Renovations.

I was greatly impressed with the service I got from these guys. They told me they would have a crew there on Friday at 9 am. They arrived at 9:00 am. They told me what they were going to do, then they got to it and these guys worked hard at it until they finished at around 4:00 pm. The movement of the house being raised back up to level caused stress to one window on the back of the house and it shattered. One of them went into town, got a new window and they installed it, and they didn't try to charge me for it. Since they did the work, I can tell a difference in how doors operate, and they put the skirting back on the house better than it was when they took it off. I was thoroughly pleased with the work they did and I plan to call them again for some other work I need to get done as soon as I have the funds to cover it. Also, speaking of funds, I called another company in Dallas that levels mobile homes, e-mailed them the same pictures I sent to A Cut Above but was quoted a price $300. higher than what A Cut Above charged me for the same work description. This gave me the impression they provide great service without taking advantage of their customers.

In order to meet FHA Financing requirement, mobile home foundations must be secured in a specific way. Three workers showed up at 9:00 a.m. to perform this function. The foreman introduced him, explained what he would be doing to make sure everyone understood the objective. My husband watched the process, asked questions and gained clarifications as needed which were answered willingly. The workers worked at a good rate of speed. It was 104 degrees so we were all cognizant of the need to hydrate since they were working in the heat and under the house. Not only did they raise the foundation 2 inches as needed, install the appropriate anchors, straps, etc., they insured that all of the exterior and interior doors opened and closed smoothly, checked floors to insure there was no buckling, checked walls for cracks or any other damage. All three men were very courteous and friendly. They smiled and laughed easily while working hard. At the end of the project, the foreman recapped everything that they had done, made sure we understood what had been accomplished, the foreman and my husband both signed the contract indicating the work had been completed as promised. We paid the bill and all is great.

BA Better Cut Above Construction and Foundation
We had a deck built with cedar, very well constructed with exception of side rails on steps which are warped. Other than a few minor problems with the wood that appears to be #2 grade the porch is solid built. We contacted the owner several times with a few minor issues, that could have easily been resolved with communication from the owner, but we never had a response. The one thing that seemed a little out of context with this project,( we had 2 other projects with no issues), the builder made us pay for wood up front which was never mentioned in quote. The employee building the porch ran out of wood and we had to pay additional monies for this as well. We notice when we first got the estimate that he had not included the landing so we called that evening and I told him he may need to provide a new estimate, which never happened. Based on past work we thought Bob would be fair, but that was far from true. We had an estimate from another reputable company that included the platform which was much less. Would we use them again, no based on lack of communication. Not sure what transpired, but communication and being truthful with customer can go a long way in resolving issues. If Bob did not want to do the work then we certainly would understand, but this was never communicated to us, instead he communicated only!!! with the employee which is OK,but some of issues needed to addressed by owner. Currently we need him to add non skid to steps as agreed upon and check the level of our home since we paid for this less than 9 month and due to dry weather (5yr guarantee) the mobile home has managed to become unlevel again.
