Recent Review: When contracting Williams Sealcoating, we discussed neatness as a primary factor in choosing a company. We also discussed the fact that it was necessary to turn the cars around after backing out of the garage and we were concerned about scrubbing off the coating. Overall, the application of the new coating went well. The job was neat with no sealer slopped on the concrete or brick sidewalks. However, after waiting 48 hours to drive on the newly applied asphalt, tire marks appeared in the driveway. I called Mike Williams who came out and evaluated the marks and said they were power steering marks. He said the marks were normal and would go away in 30 days. Mike said not to resurface the driveway and if I was not happy in 30 days he would refund the money. I told him I was not interested in a refund, but was concerned that the driveway had tire marks that were not present before the sealing. It has now been 45 days and the marks have not gone away.
