We are very happy with the new pool liner. The work was prompt and thorough. We have already referred this company to a family member.

From start to finish, I was amazed at Ray’s workmanship and knowledge of swimming pools. I have never seen anyone be so thorough and precise as when he measured the pool, which is probably why the new liner fits like a glove. There is not one wrinkle in the entire pool, nor is the liner overstretched. It fits perfectly! Likewise, I have never seen this quality of workmanship on the actual installation. Ray clearly operates with a spirit of excellence and perfection, and he has the experience to deliver. The pool looks better than I have ever seen it. (And his price is very fair, too!) I could not be happier with my new liner, and I am happy to recommend Ray and Splash Swimming Pools for all of your pool needs. I was very blessed to have found him, and I'm sure you will be, too.

Mike and his guys arrived when promised. They were professional and worked very hard at the install. I had few spots where the liner was pulling away from the channel, Mike came back and installed liner lock in those places. Pool was great all summer.

ACross County Pool Service Inc.
Our old pool liner was torn from the hard winter and cross county came out and measured the pool and ordered a new liner. They came out and drained the pool , removed the old liner , did any patch work that had to be done , and worked long hours the first day. They installed the steps and the new liner and started filling the pool. They came back for the next 3 days and as the pool filled they took care of any wrinkles . The pool is now open . We would recommend cross county pools to anyone.

ALipps Pool & Spa
We have an 18 X 36 in-ground pool that needed a new liner (was about 15 years old). We called several pool companies to compare prices and settled on Lipps, who also closes our pool for us every year. The whole process took about 3 1/2 weeks from the day they came out to measure until installation was complete. The actual installation took about 5 hours, and then they returned the next day to cut in the skimmer/jets etc after the water reached a certain level . Lipps did a fantastic job...the pool looks beautiful!! Extremely satisfied!!

This is a 28 year old inground pool. The previous liner had been poorly installed by another company. Eastgate measured and ordered a new liner. The liner was delivered in less than the quoted ten days. The installers spent hours in sweltering heat, patching the walls and floors due to the poor installation of the previous liner (not by Eastgate) and braved a thunderstorm to hang the new liner. The visit to measure and the installation were done on time. All the eastgate people were courteous and professional. I'm completely satisfied with the liner installation it looks good no wrinkles or leaks.

They came out to measure our pool and gave us an estimate. They were quite a bit lower than the other 2 companies we received estimates from. We ordered the liner and they received it in 2 weeks (like they said) and came out to replace it shortly after. They removed the old liner and added a little fill dirt where needed at no additional charge. The liner looks great. Overall, we had an amazing experience for $1k-$2k less than the other companies quoted us. I would definitely recommend Academy Pool Service.

DDiver Joe Pool Service
We contacted Diver Joe and set up an appointment with his associate Scott. Scott came out and patched 3 holes in the pool which we thought fixed the problem but we still have a slow leak. We have steps into the pool which weren't moved so now we are wondering if there is a hole under the steps or if something was missed. We were told from the beginning that there is a 5 day guarantee but thought the problem was fixed. We called Diver Joe with our concern of a slow leak or maybe a leak under the steps not being addressed and was told his policy is 5 days and that's it (Scott came out on a Wednesday and we called Joe back the next Tuesday night which was 7 days). So, if I had to do it over again I would just spend the money on a new liner because how are we supposed to really know if all the holes were fixed (which apparently they are not!) Now we are out of $225.00 and still have a leak from somewhere in our pool. Diver Joe said he would come back out but it would cost us the same amount for them to do the job that should have been done the first time.

ATim's Pools & Spas
We have been a customer of Tim's Pools & Spas as long as we have been pool owners, but only for pool & spa supplies. Since our pool was installed by another company, we always relied on that company for repairs. However in the summer of 2013 & after discovering the pool was constantly leaking water, we needed quotes for a new liner. The reputable pool company that installed our pool in 1995, informed us that we would be responsible for draining the pool & tearing out the 24' x 44' pool liner ourselves before they would hang a new liner. We were horrified & shocked that we would even consider doing this ourselves. In September of 2013 we had Tim's Pool's Service Manager, Jeff come out to discuss options & explain their company's process. They were as surprised as we were that any company would suggest we do all that prep work by ourselves. The price quoted to us was extremely fair & they would handle all the prep work, check for any structural damage to the pool walls, replace the main drain plate & gaskets. The price quoted to us also included new skimmer face plates, all gaskets as well as new return wall plates. Since the pool light had been burned out for several years, this was also replaced. In April of 2014, Jeff called to let us know that they were ready to start prepping the pool. I was surprised at how efficiently Jeff & Steve worked & I was never inconvenienced as a drain hose leading from the pool to the side of the driveway drained directly to the sewer. I was amazed at how quietly & methodically they worked each day. The whole process from draining the pool, removing the old, brittle liner & hanging a new liner took a total of three days. For years, I dreaded the day we would have to replace the liner but thanks to Jeff & Steve, I now have a pool dealership I can rely on for all my pool needs.
Recent Review: We did not use him, not because we did not like him or didn't want him, but because it was not within our budget. We will probably use him this summer for our pool services. He also put the pool in for us. His price is reasonable. He wasn't trying to scam us for more money. He was very honest and up front with different ways we could use our pool within our budget and so our kids could use it. He has been in the business for quite some time so he has a lot of experience. He is definitely professional.
