They sent an absolute moron out to open-and-close the pool. And I even requested that they not send him out but they still did. The district manager had to come and fix his work. It was very upsetting. It’s not the fault of that particular business up there but the 800 number, the gentleman that was up there moved to a different store, I was very sorry about that because he was fabulous as far as helping in the store. But it was the 800 number of Leslie Pools that scheduled both opening and closing and sent out whoever services this area. They should have fired him; he was an idiot. For example, he hooked things up, didn’t bother to check anything. I have an above-ground pool and you have to do some different cleaning, you have to turn it to release the water into the leather-thing, to pull it up in order to release it and push it down in order to lock. This guy, he installed it underneath the lip of the pool, so every time you’re pulling it, you ram your hand underneath the pool. When I told the district manager, I had to send him a picture, he didn’t believe me. It happened three times. They are way overpriced.
