G.M. Roth Design Remodeling, Inc
Recent Review: We were surprised to find our cost expectations for a kitchen remodel were a little on the low side, but since we had no previous design and build experience, we chose G.M. Roth because they could handle the job from start to finish. They took that pressure off of us and they delivered a beautiful result. Sharon Sargent, the designer, helped us make the best use of our space. Together we came up with a floor plan and made the selections for the cabinets, countertops and tile as well as all the other supporting decisions like lights, faucet, ceiling fan, and switches. She always made herself available to meet us at store locations to look over tile or offer to come with us to look at flooring and lights. We did not agree on every design decision but the result was ultimately a joint effort. We wouldn't have the kichen we have now without her input and experience. The Senior Project Manager, Jim Lambert, met with us and took us through the construction process, what the daily routine would be, when the contractors would be there, how they would perform the work and the precautions they would take to insure no collateral damage would occur. The Project Manager, Nick Penella, was the guy who handled the day-to-day, was there to meet the other contractors, did the carpentry and helped us through the post construction punch list. He was the first to arrive and the last to leave. Was always available to answer my questions by phone or text. Always made sure we were happy with the work. There was some additional work required on the plumbing since the house was not up to current code. He was great, making some excellent suggestions regarding placement of our water filtration system and duct work for the range hood, freeing up even more cabinet space. The electrician wired new boxes and outlets and ran a new line into the electrical box downstairs. The painter squeezed us into his busy schedule before having to take a work trip up north. The floor installer was amazing, measuring the kitchen, cutting the floor back at the office and then coming back a short time later to lay out the one piece floor which fit - perfectly. The only contractor-related issue we had was related to the tile install. They have since come back twice to help remedy the problem. It isn't completely resolved yet, but they honestly are working with me to correct it and I feel fairly confident they will. One cabinet was damaged during shipping and though we had to put some of the contractors on hold, we were still able to complete the job on the day they we agreed upon. There were a couple of punch list items that were taken care of by Nick afterwards but weren't a big deal. Downsides? They only allowed us a $10K max on a credit card. we were unable to use any existing contractors (had we wanted the option), they didn't hold to in-person weekly meetings which was specified in the contract (but they were always available to answer questions), we weren't notified when PM was pulled nor introduced to the new one, and they never reached out to us. Perfect? No, but professional, clean, courteous and we love the results. Would I recommend G.M Roth? Absolutely. I love our new kitchen, even the pictures don't do it justice. No company is perfect, and it is partially the client's responsibility to make sure they are heard.

Recent Review: The work was done quickly and of high quality. The work crew left the work area clean at the end of each day allowing us to use the kitchen area at night. Ed was very professional and went over all aspects of what the job entailed and made very useful suggestions, things we had not thought of. I was very satisfied how things progressed and kept to the schedule. Questions I had were promptly answered and any issues I had were taken care of in a timely manner. It was pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to have Ed do any other work I might have.

Recent Review: I can't speak highly enough about Matt and Anthony. My wife and I needed to add a galley kitchenette and close off the first floor of a split level. We didn't have much space with which to work, which provided a lot of challenges. Matt was honest, fair, and was always very responsive to ensure the work went smoothly. Great work and already have a few more things to take care of for them soon enough this year.

Recent Review: This is the second time we have hired 3G’s Construction to do renovations on our home. A few years ago they redid our master bathroom. They did such a good job we hired them to do the remodeling of our kitchen and guest bathroom. Richard Gould was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions. He stuck to his estimates. Any time something unexpected came up (like some rotting support beams) he let us know right away and told us what our options were and how much it would cost. Any times issues came up they were very responsive took care of them quickly. His crew (family members) were very nice and respectful, and kept things clean. His brother Steve did very nice work and was very easy to talk to. Their subcontractors (plumbers, painters, electricians etc.) were good. And Rich kept an eye on their work and schedule. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everything looks great. It is nice to have contractors you can trust and I would highly recommend them. We have recommended them to our friends.

Recent Review: Excellent. Anyone who needs to make renovations or alterations in their home is looking for a contractor who will implement original architect’s plan according to the timetable, will do the job accurately and will be able to even improve the original plan if needed. We all expect that on this path compromises are inevitable. We’ve hired Tim and - unexpectedly - there was no need to any compromise.   We had an alterations project in our new condo, which included a wall and closets demolition, installation of new doors and walls (one of them being a glass wall), kitchen cabinets addition and some electrical work. This required coordination with several sub-contractors, condo management and city officials. To make things even more complicated, we had to live in our unit during the renovations.   We were lucky to get Tim to run this project, which he did perfectly, with excellent time planning and attention to details. Cheerful, calm and knowledgeable, he was always on time, working hard and easy at the same time. I want to emphasize what I liked the most: Tim’s ability to do almost anything with his own hands, his quick and prompt response to all requests, great communication and time scheduling, him being always on time and keeping the deadlines. The people he works with (his subcontractors) are also great professionals and nice guys. It was a pleasure to work with Tim, who has provided a great service. We appreciate Tim’s hard work and wish him the best of luck in growing his business.

Recent Review: I had a great experience with my remodel thanks to Fabio, Marcel and the team at North Home Builders. We replaced our kitchen floor and appliances, and had them install new quartz countertops and a glass tile backsplash. Additionally, we completely remodeled our downstairs bathroom, installing a rain shower. Their attention to detail comes through in the work, and they made the entire project go smoothly. When anything at all arose, Fabio was easy to contact and always accommodating - my impression is that he and his guys are an honest and hardworking crew, and I will be hiring them again to take care of my other bathroom...

The provider wasn't a match; we had a design idea already in mind, the company was more focused on the design as opposed to the construction.

absolutely fantastic! The team was able to complete the job in an appropriate amount of time. The' crew members worked reasonable hours, always on time and did not hang around while on the job. The communication and explanation of the project such as costs, estimated hours, etc. were clear and everything seemed completely organized and under control. We are very very impressed with the overall experience with this company.
