Marlene was terrific! We spent the first part of the 3-hour session troubleshooting some of the problem areas of our home - basically the kids' drop zones, the basement storage areas, and our dining room which is also our makeshift home office. She gave me a lot of great insights about how to streamline these areas and maximize how they were functioning in our small space. Then we tackled a closet I have in the dining room which was crammed with everything from overflow kitchen supplies, to office materials, recyclables, rarely used serveware and some long-forgotten wedding gifts (we've been married 15 years). Marlene helped me pull everything out and sort, helping streamline that process by giving me permission to let go of things I wasn't using (including taking them away to a thrift shop she uses). She helped me make efficient decisions on where the rest of it should go. The closet was put back together within about 2 hours and is a great, functional space now. Turns out that closet had been causing me (and my spouse) a lot of anger and resentment, and to have it all organized and dispensed with has been a gift. Marlene is so upbeat and personable, it was like having a girlfriend over for coffee - but better, because I got so much done. I would definitely hire Marlene again!

Lauren is amazing at what she does. She takes the time to find out exactly what services you're looking for, but then dives in and gets to work very quickly. On top of that she's an extremely nice person, offers scheduling flexibility, and is very fairly priced. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

AALL TOGETHER NOW
Judy and I started in the basement. Some belongings went into the trash, some to recylcing and some to re-use. The room was re-arranged and items were categorized. There is now more space and Items are grouped better. It was previously out of control. We then moved upstairs to living areas and did the same thing, down to the minutiae of papers. I am getting cleared out and going forward I have a system that looks like it will work. Judy has very good suggestions for dealing with things in the house and with the flow of more that will come in (mail) so I don't get to where I was. Additionally, Judy is very easy to work with and directs me in a way that is very effective. She is like a shepherd. Judy is getting me to where I need to go and steers me the right way.

Petra has been a true pleasure to work with. She is incredibly professional, personable and detail-oriented. Having moved into a new home, she helped me to organize my closets and clothes drawers, book shelves, kitchen cupboards and drawers, etc. She was a huge help in getting me feeling organized and caught up setting up my house. In addition, Petra helped find or oversee a number of home repairs for me- electrical work, HVAC work, carpentry, roofing, fireplace, etc. She found very good vendors to provide the work or assisted with the ones I chose. On days that I couldn't get away, Petra would be at my house to greet the vendors, oversee their work, and frequently touch base with me regarding their progress and quality. Petra really made my life easier when I simply couldn't be at home to deal with all the work being done. In addition, when I had a number of house guests to stay, Petra was available to do shopping and set up the house in preparation for their arrival. What a wonderful and thorough resource when you're too busy to do it yourself!

I have used the services of a company called "Sort It Out Now". She charges by the hour. The charges are depended on what you do and how long it takes. I want to give her the most glowing recommendation I can. Imagine yourself as a disorganized person and inviting someone into your home is a little intimidating as to what is going to happen. She is extremely well to keep, very effective, very easy to work with, gets things done, doesn't make you feel like what a mess you are. She is just delightful. We keep exchanging emails trying to keep in touch. She is very easy and accommodating to work with. She gets amazing things done. The pricing was commensurate with what she got done.

AAway It Goes
This was the third day that Away it Goes has organized rooms in our home. She's done a terrific job so far, with two rooms left to go. The rooms were horribly disorganized, and full of junk, and she did a tremendous job of helping us sort out the junk from the items we want to keep, which she then organized. We feel comfortable with her in our home. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We were amazed by the speed. We look forward to working with Away it Goes to organize the remaining rooms in our home.

Overall, the experience has been great. The owner is very professional and personable. She was recommended to me by a co-worker. The first visit, she told me what she could help out with. The prices that were quoted were very reasonable. They’ve been very consistent, considerate and professional. Once, they even helped me locate at least $200 in cash that I was missing; they separated it and left it right on my desk. None of my items have ever gone missing and they seem to be very honest. There are some rooms in which I don’t want to tackle yet, which she respects. The rooms that she has cleaned are spotless. Luciana will actually show up every now and then during the cleanings, find a room that she wants to focus on and clean that. She will sort through everything and throw out appropriate items. She then leaves a note to let me know and she’s very open to feedback. She’s easily available and anytime I have to contact her, I can do so via text. Lucicana and her crew done excellent work and continue to do excellent work! I’ve even recommended them to my mother.

Recent Review: For me, home organization is an ongoing process. It's not perfect yet, but my home now functions well. I'm able to put things "away" instead of just putting them where they'll fit. I can get things done around the house, which I haven't been able to do in a long time. Felicia's energy and humor are contagious, and it's fun to work with her. She asks very good questions, listens to my answers, and helps me design systems and spaces that will work for how I do things. She never judges and is always supportive - two essential qualities in a home organizer.

Recent Review: Bryan and his crew took the time to assess our needs and find a solution that fit our budget. At one point, we needed adjustments to the measurements and he went above and beyond to help us with that. He and his team are punctual, friendly and focused on doing the best job possible.
