Reviews in Baltimore to Install Geothermal Heating
AWatervale Heating, Air Conditioning & Geothermal
Watervale installed our geothermal HVAC system in June 2020, replacing an oil-fired forced hot air heating system and a traditional central air conditioning system. They did a great job. It was a large project involving drilling two 280-foot wells, trenching to the house, and installing a WaterFurnace “split unit” into the garage and basement. (Ductwork already existed.) The team was honest, friendly, competent, and—of great importance—They consistently wore masks against sars-cov2. Their price was about &30,000 lower than the highest estimate we received. Their office staff helped with applying for federal, state, county, and BGE credits and grants.

AHarvey W Hottel Inc
I happened to contact them only after I'd already obtained a couple of estimates for geothermal heat pump installation, and I'm leaving this review because Patrick Murphy at Hottel spent a good 10-15 minutes on the phone with me going through all the pros and cons of different geothermal brands (CM, WF, Hydron Module) even though I had not hired them yet. Really appreciate the sage and unbiased advice he gave me over the phone, this is not easy to get!

Sales pitch was great. John Love was very informative. Never received the formal quote though. I called twice and each time it was "I'll have out to you by the end of today" ... Nothing.

I had an excellent experience with everyone at Supreme. They got me exactly what I needed and were willing to work with me. I am a very particular person about things and these guys did a great job of listening and following through. I have a historic house and there are a lot of "extra details" that needed to be worked out. Juan was great and it was nice to have a salesman with the mechanical and engineering background to set the system up exactly as needed for the house. The ducting guys were subcontracted but still did a great job of working with me to hid the ductwork as best that could be done with an old house. Cleaned up well too! The excavators were incredible and really took the time to make sure the yard went from looking like a bomb went off to perfectly flat the next day (they even took care of some ruts the well diggers left. Well guys were subcontracted and were in and out in three days; quick and friendly. The installation crew was clean, very informative and professional. The quality crew did a great job on final. I really cant say enough good things. It is really hard to find someone to do anything right these days and I was very skeptical about a huge job like this, but I have to say this was the smoothest job I have had - ever. and my electric bill and the comfort is more than I ever expected. They even helped me with my rebates! Filled out all the paperwork, made sure all was in order. Would definitely recommend!

AGround Loop Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
From the initial estimate appointment, through the install, and both maintenance visits they were on time or early. They completely cleaned up at the end of each work day. After 18 months of use I have no complaints and I'm saving approximately 40% per month on my BGE bill. I highly recommend using Ground Loop for your HVAC work

We have been looking to replace our old HVAC system, and wanted to go with a modern Geothermal system. I did a fair amount of research on my own, so I was well versed in the technology and options. After getting estimates from numerous contractors, Groundloop was the only one that I felt was being completely honest with us regarding our options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Their staff was courteous and professional. The actual installation is pretty complex, and involved digging up much of our front yard, followed by the actual equipment installation and tuning. We took this time to get other work done, and Groundloop was more then willing to work with us coordinating with other contractors, inspections, etc. Currently in MD, Geothermal installs are eligible for a number of tex incentives, as well as grants. Groundloop helped with all of those processes, filling out forms, sending us contact info, and always willing to answer questions we had. A project of this size is complicated, and expensive. We wanted to ensure we had a reputable company that would stand by their claims and work. I feel that Groundloop meets all of these items. Mike

Excellent! Right from my first call yesterday, to our service this morning. These guys are PROS! There were serious needed maintenance items to be done that we were completely unaware of. The technician Terry was completely knowledgeable and saw the job through. He explained everything and had photos to let us see how desperately the system was in need of cleaning. Yikes! We could not be happier. We will be signing up for a maintenance contract with Frosty!

Great service and great company to work with. We had a geothermal system installed and new ductwork run throughout the entire house - Everyone who came to our home was professional and very mindful of keeping our home neat and clean. Would definitely recommend Supreme Air to anyone looking for a new geothermal system.

Recent Review: They did a great job! Their technicians we're neat, clean and professional. The showed up when they said they would and cleaned up behind themselves. The system is running great and saving us big money on our energy bills. Since the system was installed in October 2012, we've used between 600-800 less kilowatt hours per month compared to the same month in 2011. Phillip Grove did a thorough job of outlining all costs involved with the system and coordinating the schedule. Andrea, their service coordinator, was very helpful walking us through all of the paper work required to receive the MD Clean Energy Grant, the BGE Energy Savers Program Rebate, and the Federal Tax Credit. Although the system is initially more expensive than a conventional heat pump, the energy savings is substantial. We will get back approximately half of the total cost from the state and federal clean energy programs I would recommend Grove Heating and Cooling to anyone.
