I called late one day requesting emergency repair to the vinyl pool liner after a puncture occurred. The customer service personnel agreed it was an emergency, but I would have to call at 7:30 next a.m. to reach someone in svc. dept. I called the next morning, and I was told they would try to get someone out that day, but that didn't happen. Several days later, the vinyl liner and backing began to float. The service manager was rude and unprofessional on our telephone calls. I actually went into the store to speak with the owner. That was a waste of time. Long story short, after more than one month, we finally got the tech. out there (after several visits) to repair the problems. The overall repair job is horrible. The patch is lifting around the edges, and the backing still doesn't sit flush and even. We will NEVER use or recommend Aquarama for pool service and/or repairs. It seems from other recent comments that they are spiraling out of the realm of good customer service and work.
