Recent Review: I discover on 7/10, Tuesday, by accident that my water heater was rusting and had a small pool of water around the base obviously indicating a slow leak. In my house, I have a 50 gallon tank connected thru an 80 gallon tank (don't want to run out water!!). I called Patrick Cusack right away. By mutual agreement, we agreed to replace the tank with a new on on Saturday, 7/14 starting early am. I bought a new 50 gallon tank at Home Depot and asked them to hold it till Saturday morning as I was unable to transport the talk in my 2 seater. Pat asked me to take a few photos of the damaged tank including the lines running thru to the 80 gallon tank. He used this info to pre-purchase the parts needed, with some extra materials just in case, and I met him promptly at 7:30am 7/14 at Home Depot. We loaded the tank onto his trailer and upon arriving at my house, he proceeded with the work. I served as his assistant as I was interested to learn just in case. He explained everything he did and the reason why and how he did it. His experience was clearly obvious. He methodically proceeded to replace the tank and hoses, and made sure all connections were tightly secure with no leaks. He seems to be a perfectionist and ensures the job is done right. Afterwards, we rode to the recycling center in Cumming to dispose of the replaced tank. I definitely appreciated Patrick's quick response, preparedness, and skill / experience in saving my house from a potential disaster in a very professional way. He later called to give me the adjusted cost of materials after he returned unused parts purchased just in case. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone seeking handyman service for any work to specifies he can do.
