Reviews in Atlanta to Install Water Fountain

APROPERTY CREATIONS
I worked with Bob Evans, the owner of the company, for the landscaping plan and addition of the water feature. He was very patient, as it took a while for me to decide on the landscaping options. The installation was performed in one day and was very professionally done. Bob oversaw the entire process from start to finish. He was very accessible by email and phone when I was deciding which options to choose from. I did rate them a "B" on pricing, but that was because of the water feature I had installed. I would recommend Bob and his company to anyone. I have been very pleased with the outcome and professionalism of Bob and his crew.

We were looking for a contractor that could fix a formal wall water feature in our back yard.  We were mulling a change from this malfunctioning formal feature to a more free-form waterfall that might require less maintenance.  After interviewing another firm that provided an estimate only to fix the current feature (i.e. no alternative bid for the waterfall)  we growing frustrated.  They took nearly a month to return a $5,000 estimate that was basically a rebuild of the current design.  I found Liquid Landscapes on Angie's List.  One of the owners, Andre Theriot, came out within a week to provide us with his vision of a new waterfall feature where the formal wall feature stood.  He quoted a price of around $3,250 with the option to step up the lighting and transformer at an added cost should we decide to go that route.  He offered to reduce their price if I performed the initial demolition which I agreed to do. My demo went well but the fountain was over-engineered and required almost an additional full day of labor by their crew to remove the subterranean remnants of the old structure.  They charged us almost nothing to do that work and haul away a huge pile of concrete rubble.  Over the course of the next three days they rebuilt the water reservoir, constructed the waterfalls and integrated the lighting we decided to add.  Watching them place the stones and fine-tune their design so that the water not only flowed properly but  sounded right made us realize just how seriously they take their work.  The final waterfall looks like our own private mountain stream. These guys are artists. To say we are satisfied with the job does not begin to cover it.  Our back yard has always been a sacred space where we could relax and forget the stress of the day.  With the old fountain malfunctioning constantly we were using it less and less.  It's cliche but Liquid Landscapes delivered way more than we would ever have expected.  They gave us back our sanctuary.  I can't recommend them enough to anyone with similar needs.

AJOHN STRAUSS ASSOCIATES
John Strauss arrived on time to evaluate our backyard for the possible addition of a water feature. He spent a great deal of time studying the landscape possibilities, and we paid him for full design work. (Customers may pay $100.00 for a visit or may pay more for a full design. If work is contracted, the full design fee is returned as it is incorporated into the project fees.) When John showed us his complete designs, we went over the details with him. Our desires for a water feature and extended patio were ultimately agreed upon, and John worked with us perfectly. His crews began work on time and were impressive in their professionalism and craftsmanship. The finished water feature is beautiful, and the patio pavers are more than we had hoped for to complete the patio. John and his associates are professionals who do only the very best work. We could not recommend them more highly.

This was our third attempt with differenct contractors to resolve an issue with an outdoor water feature (waterfall) with additional stone work to accompany existing landscaping.  Navid had excellent ideas for the new features that really accent what was in place.  The waterfall was a nightmare for him as he attempted to find a leak that probably dated back to the first installation.  After repeated efforts and much frustration the problem was identified and resolved to everyones satisfaction.  I can say with a degree of confidence that the previous contractors would have thrown in the towel and walked away.  Excellent job.

Daniel and his team arrived on time as did a great job for us. We recently moved into our new home and the water features needed complete cleaning. The ponds looked good as new when they finished!

Overall excellent experience.  Navid arrived on schedule with a beautiful  landscape design.  We walked the property for visual enhancement.  Work began sooner than I expected.  Awesome!  Everything promised was accomplished beyond my expectations. Navid is very talented and works to perfection.

Vendor has been very patient with us.  We originally contacted him in 2014 for a quote and didn't bring him back until 2015.  Vendor arrived on time and did exactly what was quoted.  Costs came in lower than what we recalled being quoted in 2014. Vendor also provided some consultation on maintaining our fountain and has been called upon a couple times since the home visit with additional questions.  Each and every time they have responded and assisted with no additional costs. We will definitely be using these services again in the future and recommend to everyone else.

AALLIN LANDSCAPING
It was an excellent experience. A crew of 3 (sometimes 4) spent a total of 5 work days, from start to finish. They arrived exactly when expected, worked quickly, and left the project looking great. Steps along the way included dismantling our existing fountain, draining our very small pond, excavating a small pit to be filled with a pump and gravel, and grading for the waterfall itself. They installed a liner and then artfully placed stones to build the feature. We could tell that the crew has worked a lot together. They were friendly, answered our questions along the way, and were open to minor adjustments that arose. Two days after completion, it was clear that the feature was using too much water, suggesting that perhaps some was leaking out somewhere, though that was not obvious. Upon notification, the company returned promptly to make adjustments.

Creating a fountain from objects that look like a large pot is a do-it-yourself job...right? I see these types of fountains in the big box stores. My job was different but close enough to get me started. My Dad had saved two slightly chipped 50 year old insulators he salvaged from his job at Alabama Power Co. I wanted to create a memorial garden for my Dad. The insulators weighed about 45 pounds each. This was a two person job so I hired my handyman to help. Deciding how much splash the fountain would create was guesswork at best. I searched/priced the big black tubs you bury. I decided on the size, gallons of water, weight limit, etc based on guesswork. After researching pumps, I bought one that should have been perfect. Now the hard part. The insulators are hollow. In my mind, you just attach PVC to the pump and turn it on. No.  After hours and hours trying everything we could think of, it would not work the way we thought it would. I bought 3 pumps before we found one that sort of worked. Counting my handyman hours, my time and money, materials, gas, etc., I am close to $1,000 and nothing worked like we thought it would. I called Daniel after reading the reviews from Angie's list.  He came out within a few days, gave me two options. I really needed a larger tub, different pump, different plumbing, different set up, and start over again. OR he could get a different pump, different plumbing, and fix what was wrong for $250. I will have to fill the fountain more often (which is a pain). It took about 3 hours and Daniel had the fountain running like it was supposed to work. It is really beautiful. I could have saved money by calling a professional 1st. I wasted my time, money, and stress. I learned that if you want something done right, call a professional.  Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. He will be able to do the maintenance and repair

Recent Review: We are very pleased and satisfied with the services provided by CEL.  Tim was very professional and easy to work with.  He provided very good ideas and incorporated all of our feedback in the overall design.  Tim was very flexible and timely in meeting with us throughout the project.  He was very hands on and on-site daily to supervise the project.  Their prices were not the cheapest, but neither were they the most expensive.  It was well worth it given the quality of their work and attention to detail.  For a project of this scale, we were afraid of dealing with difficult contractors, but Tim and his crew exceeded our expectations.

Recent Review: Integrity Landscape Group did an excellent job for us. Their proposal was right on target for price and work to be done, (we got 4 other bids). They were enthusiastic about the project, and proved to be quite knowledgeable in the installation of water features. They finished the job on time, on budget, and to our complete satisfaction. They have checked with us several times after the job was done to make sure everything was working properly. It's so nice to find a contractor that does what they promise to do.
