EXOVATIONS of Atlanta
Recent Review: These guys were fantastic! Our Sales Consultant, Keith Healy, listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions, and pointed out things I hadn't even noticed that needed to be done. He understood what we were trying to accomplish and gave us a very competitive quote. Our Project Manager, Chris Campbell, was the greatest. He was on site nearly everyday. As the work progressed, there was some hidden damage that he pointed out and gave us a very reasonable price to fix. I added a few extra bits of work along the way as well, that were priced well below what I expected. Our renovation went without a hitch and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of the Exovations team. Thanks again, Chris!

Recent Review: From the very beginning, my experience with DuraCraft of Georgia was execptional. From my first phone call they were professional, friendly, responsive and courteous. Throughout the installation process the crew worked hard at keeping the construction area as clean as a construction project can be. They were polite and timely. We also received the lifetime TRANSFERABLE warranty, which is very impressive.

Recent Review: I am updating my original review. The crew supervisor came out on the next day, looked at the job and scheduled the siding replacement job and the painting on specific days and the crews appeared promptly and finished the job exactly as scheduled. The crews were very professional, did a good job, and left the work site very clean. The price is excellent and exactly what I was quoted. Apparently, the crew supervisor explained, they had run into significant problems on the job they were in the middle of (at the time mine was scheduled) which delayed my project and he was very apologetic. As this really was first experience working with contractors, I have learned that you can not really rely on them being precise in completing their work as scheduled. The timing is unpredictable. I had a lot going on with work that week and was not prepared for this lack of predictability! Live and learn.

Recent Review: Joe was very easy to work with and gave us options for the project. He helped us with a change to the front of the house that gave it an updated look. He and his crew were excellent! They were always on the job as promised and the work was completed in a timely manner. The best part was the final product. Our home looks fresh and we are thankful for all the hard work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Reviews in Atlanta to Install Vinyl Siding

FEdge 2 Edge Roofing
If “Experience and Education is our difference,” then Edge2Edge failed miserably in Siding Studies. We hired the company to install premium vinyl siding in March of 2016. As of today, they still have yet to finish - inexcusable for a job that should have lasted no more than a week, let alone required two separate subcontractors and a world of headache. The first crew did such a terrible job, that the second crew had to remove and re-install the siding. The result of their work was equally as bad as the first; so much so, in fact, that yet a third re-installation is needed. The second crew was led by a handyman that the owner uses personally. The owner has yet to provide us with the handyman’s credentials, despite our repeated requests. To top it off, there is a defect in the premium vinyl siding product. Edge2Edge sought siding materials from the manufacturer, Alside. Alside has verbally approved the claim; however, like Edge2Edge, has disappeared. We currently have siding which includes sloppily-cut and unmatched J Channels, along with crooked mounting blocks. The siding is uneven, warping, bubbling, and missing panels. During installation, damages were caused to the windows; window sills; front porch; and now foundation, due to lack of gutters. Gutter installation was included in the contract, yet the company is refusing to install: a breach of our contract. Gross negligence resulted in such safety hazards as siding installed over the dryer vent and extension cords left plugged into exterior outlets during rainstorms, which occurred on more than one occasion. Edge2Edge did not pay the first crew, Sol Roofing and Construction, which somehow allowed them to place a lien on the house, despite us not having a direct contract with them. Edge2Edge has refused to finish this job and make the necessary corrections. They stopped work in September of 2016, yet another breach of contract. We filed a 9-page complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The owner of the company has blamed everyone from his subcontractors, to the BBB, to Alside, and even to us in his highly unprofessional responses. Excuses have ranged from wrong materials being ordered (incompetence); a delivery truck catching fire; subcontractors having other jobs to first complete over ours; and the owner being on vacation or out of town for business, avoiding a meeting with us to right the numerous wrongs. The owner, who we have not heard from since our first and only meeting in January, has been provided with the hundreds of pictures we have of their work. We are currently in legal action. The process has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. We would very strongly discourage anyone in the market for siding in considering this company.

A representative came to my home and explained in detail the whole process in terms I could understand. I had a great choice of siding to choose from and good choices as far as financing. I would recommend this company to anyone. The work quality has been excellent. The workers found a gas leak while they were working and told me right away and I was able to get it repaired promptly by the gas company. The workers were friendly and very helpful through the whole process.

CEXOVATIONS of Atlanta
I was truly excited about this job. They were the 10th estimate I'd received. During the sales and consultation, they were punctual, thorough, and honest. They advertise they provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship. This was the easiest purchase of a product ever. They advertise what stress free remodeling looks like. This was the most stressful work I've ever had done on my home. Two company signs were installed in my yard. One sign was the company sign. The other sign was a set of rules for their employees. Some of the rules were no loud music, no smoking, no eating, no swearing, and be respectful. Windows and sliding door Installation The beginning of the installation was problematic. The cedar wood around the windows was supposed to be removed, windows installed, and cedar wood re-installed except where rotted. No one told the window installers this information. One window was ordered incorrectly but that was rectified as soon as possible. The window installers could speak English. Garage Door Installation The garage door installer couldn't speak English. The siding was supposed to be completed prior to the garage door install and since it wasn't the garage door installer wasn't going to do it. I called the Project manager and he got him to install the garage door. The door broke that day or the very next day and it wouldn't close leaving my home exposed. I had to contact the Project Manager. I did think it was pretty darn cool that he left the comforts of his home immediately and got the garage door to close. The garage door company returned to fix it so it would close properly all the time. Siding Installation; This was the worst job ever. The first siding crew didn't speak English. The left their lunch trash on the ground - instead of putting it in the dumpster. They left cigarette butts on the ground. This helped me understand the sign and their violation of the company rules. They blew the power twice and broke the outside electrical outlet. They also broke an outside light. Their power tools were spliced with an orange electrical cord to the power plug installed on the electrical tool. I guess they didn't want to plug their tool into the extension cord all the time so they spliced them together. I had some wood rot that needed to be replaced before the siding was installed. The replacement wood was in the contract that I was charged for. The siding guys were not going to replace it until I notified the Project Manager it was in the contract. The first siding crew installed the siding in such a horrible fashion that it look liked I did it myself. There were a lot of buckles in the siding and there were significant wrinkles in the capping. The Project Manager's boss had the nerve to tell me it was because my home was buckled, which it was not. They also wasted a lot of material that I paid for. For example, if 6' of siding was needed from the 12' piece of siding, this crew would not cut from the very end and have the remaining 6' to use. This crew would cut in the middle. The project manager even dug some useful material out of the dumpster. I waited for almost 2 weeks for the electrical outlet outside to get fixed and after it wasn't fixed, I called an Electrician that fixed it. I requested a different crew because it was just way too much stress and they were not respecting my home. The second siding crew immediately recognized what the issues were, fixed those as best they could, and completed the remainder of the siding installation. There are still some buckles in the siding. of course I was provided an unsatisfactory answer regarding the buckles that are visible as one drives by. The Project Manager's boss said the buckles were because my home was buckled before they started. I was actually offended by that response. My home wasn't buckled before and even if it was, I guess the crew wasn't professional enough to compensate for it. For every defect I point out, the excuse was "your home is defective". I would give the purchasing of a product an A+. I give the windows installation an A+. I give the garage door installation an F. The first siding crew has an F. The second siding crew has an A+. These things together on average, in my estimation, is an overall C- or D+. I give a C since there is no C- or D+. I'm glad the project is over. It started on March 14, 2017 and ended on May 2, 2017. I'm not sure if I would hire this company again, so I put no. This was such a nightmare, I'm not even sure if they will honor the lifetime warranty on workmanship.

They parked a large dumpster in my driveway for the torn-off materials. They filled it quickly, then had it removed and replace it with a large trailer for the rest of the trash. They filled it to overflow and let it sit in my driveway for 5 WEEKS! I demanded many times that it be removed and emptied, but they simply didn't care. They trashed my property, throwing cigarette butts and other refuse all over the ground. When the job was FINALLY complete (2 weeks turned into 5+ weeks), they did a poor cleanup. I'm still cleaning trash off my property. The company owner was seldom around. I had to watch his workers like a hawk, because he sure wouldn't. They were contracted to install 4X6" gutters, and snuck in cheaper 3X5" gutters on me. These are prone to get stopped up. When I pointed it out to Temmel, he said they'd be just fine. Never mind what the contract says! Temmel will NOT provide lien waivers. He has promised them to me at least 20 times - STILL no waivers.
