Recent Review: Came to measure windows at prearranged time.  Windows and sliding door were not standard sizes.  Provided estimate.  Came back a few days after to re-confirm sizes.  Order arrived about 3 weeks later.  Workers were prompt and courteous.  Took the time to remove old windows and doors and install new units.  Cleaned up afterwords.  Excellent job.

Recent Review: I am very happy that we found Joe and his team - the replacement windows is a minefield of hard-selling and installation horror stories - CRSI is Joe's business and he is true to his word, overseeing the project at every step, and not taking any payment until everything was complete. The project went great. Our initial consultation with Joe was both educational and very relaxed - no hard-sell - Joe presented a variety of options to us with reasons for and against, and actually talked us out of making ill-judged - more expensive - selections! The installation was executed to schedule. Danny's team were punctual, polite, efficient and tidied up afterwards. We had a couple of minor adjustments that required a follow-up call and these were corrected efficiently, and since then - plain sailing! The windows themselves are lovely - really good quality. Overall, a great experience; I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe and team!

Recent Review: Dean came out on the Friday to survey what I needed repaired, quoted me a reasonable price & set a date to do the repairs. He sent Mike out on the repair date. He was on time, courteous & performed the repair to my drywall, repainted it & fixed a sliding door I had an issue with as well. I'd recommend them & use them again as well...

AMERICAN ALL DOOR & WINDOW
Recent Review: I am amazed. I am accustomed to generally good experiences with a few issues peppered along the way. I had no such experience today. Two gentlemen (I'm sorry I do not know their names) from Window Traditions installed french doors and sliding doors in my condo today. Every aspect of the experience was exceptional. They exceeded my expectations. They kept me informed this morning so I knew what time to expect them. They kept me informed during the installations. They were courteous. They stayed focused all day - no goofing off, no long breaks. They took great care to protect my flooring, grand piano, and other furniture. They kept their work areas clean, and went to great lengths to leave the work areas cleaner than they found them (imagine this - they cleaned up their mess and mine). They were meticulous about the work product, as if they were performing the work on their own home. I did not have to ask anything of them. It may be the single best experience I've had with a vendor/contractor. Every employee I met in the estimating and measuring stages were equally as cordial. The process of getting an estimate was painless. Unfortunately, I had to do it over the phone and email (my problem, not theirs). But their salesman was responsive. They guarantee their work for life (which is impressive). I was a bit surprised when the final estimate and work authorization arrived for me to sign. It included an attached terms and conditions unusually long for a consumer job. My impression is, they use this for large construction jobs and it does not seem appropriate for a consumer experience. It was lengthy and entirely one-sided (basically, my take-away is that I was accepting all risk and absolving them of most all responsibility). It was written much like any document prepared by an attorney. Given the one-sided tone and formal language, it gave me pause. In fact, it made me think they might be setting me up for a bad experience. I considered having an attorney review it to ensure my interests were protected. In the end, I decided to continue without consulting an attorney. Now that I have experienced the installation, I think this is a case of an overzealous legal department using a jackhammer when a simple household hammer will do. I think Window Traditions should reconsider this aspect of their sales process. I do think Window Traditions is expensive. These two doors cost more than $5,000. Granted, both doors required custom sizing and I did order a few extras to deflect rain. But still they did seem expensive. Now with the hindsight of their installation crew, I do not regret my decision to use them and recommend them to you. They will be my first consideration in the future for doors and windows. I am very happy with their work.

AHodges Residential Services
I have had several projects completed by Hodges Residential from a small ceiling repair to remodeling a bathroom. The most recent project being a sliding door removal and installation of french doors. The work is top notch, and the team is always extremely professional and courteous. I have had several compliments on the upgrades and am looking forward to completing future projects with Hodges Residential.

They removed my old wood windows and installed the double hung vinyl windows and a new sliding door. They did a great job. They got everything done on one day. They cleaned up really well. The windows are fabulous. I got quotes from other companies that were a lot more expensive. I am very pleased with my windows. I actually had problems with one of them and they came out and fixed it. They were very responsive. They were really good. It costed about $8700. The price was excellent. I will use this company in the future.
