DBELL ELECTRICAL COMPANY
The main reason I had them come was to install this specific outlet in addition to the upgrades. They installed all the outlets but they forgot to do the outlet furtherst away and that was the one I needed. I have a stair lift that needed to be installed but I had to have an outlet within reach to the bottom of the stairs and when he did put it in he said that if a dog or anything rubbed against it there could be a fire hazard. He did upgrade the system and that would be an A grade but he did not listen to my request and for that I had to give an F grade. I'm handicapped and this is what I needed the most. They might do a good job for somebody else but for me they didn't listen and because they didn't listen I could not install the stair lift which was imperative for me to be able to use the downstairs of my home.

DElectraMedics Electrical Services
When I first met the provider (Henry). he asked to be paid in full on the day I committed to the job.  He said the reason was something about the computers were down and in order for him to get full credit to get paid he asked that he be paid in full.  Since he was professionally dressed and he looked innocent I agreed.  That was mistake. He was supposed to run a completely new circuit for an Elevator I wanted installed since I am partially disabled and wanted to replace a spiral staircase but he did not.  There was an unused wire in the wall which I later found out was to be used for a pool heater.  He used that previously run wire and used the existing circuit breaker space.  He did not have to go into the attic nor run any wire down the wall.  I did not get any work credit for that. He mounted the Emergency Cut-Off Handle in a position that would not allow the Elevator Door to open fully.  This was pointed out to him and I said it would never pass inspection.  He came over with an associate and said the only thing he could do was cut a hole in the sheetrock and sink the disconnect behind the wall.  I said OK and he asked if he could use some scrap lumber I had in order to mount the box.  I said OK again but told him to specifically not to use pressure treated lumber.  Later I found out he ignored my instructions and found he used Pressure Treated Lumber. On numerous occasions he was either late or failed to show up completely for his appointment.  He said another job delayed him. I called his office and tried to contact the owners but they never returned my calls.  I am not sure their website adequately describes their services. Also, early on I asked how much the cost would be to replace a wall switch.  He said $175.  Obviously I did not get that job done. They claimed they gave me senior and/or veterans discount.  I was in a hurry to get the job done so I hired them.  My mistake hopefully other members won't make the same one.

The labor went very well.  The guys were early and completed the job in an efficient manner and were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.  There was some miscommunication with the billing but everything was taken care of by the owner personally.

AA Plus Remodeling
Mr. Tankersley is an honest, hard worker. The work was completed when he said and to my satisfaction. The final bill was the exact amount estimated. The ONLY problem I had was in scheduling. I realize he is a busy man, but it took me calling him and following up with him before he actually began my project.

APro-Fix Home Repair
Pro-Fix sent Tarell to do the work, and he did a fabulous job! He is quite the craftsman - such attention to detail. Our work was done in an efficient and timely manner, and for a very reasonable price. We had expressed to Tarell our previous bad experiences with contractors, particularly in the area of communication, but he assured us that we would have no such problems with him. And we didn't; he showed up when he said he would, and his work speaks for itself. He's a true professional. We couldn't be more pleased!

AACME HOME IMPROVEMENT
I was very impressed with Scott and his work. I’ve done enough woodworking to know immediately that Scott really knew what he was talking about. His mobile shop setup and his workflow were excellent. The quality of his work was outstanding and worth every penny. I would highly recommend ACME Home Improvement to anyone.
