Recent Review: I?m thankful to have found Paco and his team. We needed a major master bath remodel, and I wanted a professional and skilled tiler as well as an experienced Kerdi specialist to assure that our new walk-in shower would be installed expertly, built and waterproofed to last the next 20+ years. I interviewed several local professionals and chose Paco. Paco and his team gutted our bathroom, removed and disposed of all items, tore down an old wall and moved and framed a new one, slanted the shower floor (which is challenging to get right) and installed the linear drain I required, used the highest-quality waterproof materials for the walls and ceiling and grout, installed travertine stone throughout, and added a travertine backsplash after the marble countertops were installed. During the process, they discovered where a leak in the old shower had caused severe rotting, which they repaired. (The shower would have likely fallen through the floor in the next few years). He and his team also caught a leak in the shower line that our plumber had just installed, which allowed us to have it fixed before the shower was installed. While they were in our home, we also had them remove the carpet in the master bedroom and install travertine on the floor and around the fireplace as well as travertine around a tub in another bathroom. A true artist, Paco has vision and added ideas to my own to make sure the project turned out impeccable. He is a perfectionist and on-site, working alongside his team (Mago, Rigo and Felix). Paco and his team are talented and experienced, hard-working, courteous, neat, thorough, thoughtful, and a pleasure to have in our home and to work with, always cleaning up at the end of every work day, too. Paco?s price is reasonable, also. He stands behind his work with warranties. His greatest interest is in making sure his customers are thoroughly satisfied, even at the end of exhausting days asking, ?Are you happy?? I am!  It was a long project and worthwhile thanks to Paco and his team. Their work is incredible. I highly recommend Paco?and we will be thrilled to hire him and his team for additional projects in the future.

Recent Review: The outcome was amazing! Quality of work was excellent. We are truly pleased. What we had done: -Tear down and removal of entire Master Bath down to the studs. Removal of old carpeting, and wall paper from the Master Bedroom. -Build new walls for Master Bath, install pocket door, new cabinetry, custom tile shower, tile floors, shower fixtures, vanity fixtures, new toilet, and electrical (recessed lights, exhaust fan, vanity lighting). - Master Bedroom: skim coat walls, remove stippling from ceiling and smooth out, move one HVAC vent, install hardwood floors with quarter round, recessed lighting, replacement of all electrical outlets and switches, move and install new ceiling fan, installed new baseboard and crown molding, replaced Master bedroom door. - Please note we provided all tile, cabinetry, granite, fixtures, faucets, sinks, toilet, switches, receptacles and wood flooring (including under layment and quarter round), PROS: -Although not always on site, any time we had a question or concern, Chris replied (or called) us promptly. We worked out a plan for him to contact us when work was being scheduled, it was a little getting used to at first, since this project took 8 weeks to complete, workman were coming and going at different days and times and Chris did a good job at keeping us informed as the project went along. -Demolition crew was quick, the tear down finished in a day and half! (Wall paper took a little longer, but that was to be expected). -We had custom tile installed, Mike who installed it was a true "artist", his suggestions and recommendation turned out a gorgeous custom shower for us! - Electrician, and plumbers did a great job as well -Chris has a good crew of people working with him. We are very pleased with the outcome of their labors. CONS: -A note about drywall finishing... we had our master bedroom walls, ceiling, and master bath finishing work done as part of this removation. Although the outcome of the work performed was excellent, the work being performed was extremely messy. During the course of the finish work (mudding the walls and skim coating), the mud got everywhere! I had to completely and I mean completely cover everything is his path, in my guest bath ( which I did not have the foresight to cover, all over my front door, my stone front porch down my driveway (he did not clean his shoes off entering and exiting my home). Needless to say he made a very messy job a whole bunch of work for me during the process. OVERALL: I would definately use CT Enterprises again, the quality of the work they perform, and the end results speak for themselves. If you are on a fence between contractors, don't hesitate to contact them. PHOTOS: I have not posted any photos as yet, due to our glass shower doors (separate vendor) have not yet been installed and we are still awaiting the delivery of the remainder of our furniture. If allowed I will post once those pieces are in place.

Recent Review: Josh and Bruce did an excellent job completely remodeling my downstairs. From my kitchen to my bedroom there wasn't a job they couldn't handle. They even made some custom coat racks and bench seating around my bay window. They are very easy to work with and were home with my wife and children for over a month. I feel like they are part of the family now. There is no one else I would trust to work on my house. Unlike most contractor they know their limits and will not try something they don't know they will do right. That is invaluable for a contractor. Most will just take your money and attempt something they have never tried before. This usually ends in a mess and more expense to the homeowner. You don't have to worry about that kind of work with Bruce and Josh. Thank you guys.

Classic Builders of Hendersonville
Recent Review: I hired Classic Builders of Hendersonville to update my bathrooms, replace carpeting with Pergo, and replace a carpeted stairway with wood treads. They offer professional service with a lot of good communication about the work being done and were instrumental in advising on selections and helping to stay on budget. Stewart was very patient when I had to make decisions and allowed me to purchase several of the items I wanted; whether I would buy the materials myself or just have him purchase the items and add it to the bill was completely up to me. He also made several suggestions about layout and materials that were an improvement over what I had planned. Stewart is almost always on site and he and Alan do much of the work. However, whenever he needs specialized help, he schedules and coordinates a group of subcontractors who are responsible, hardworking, and communicate well on their own. Additionaly, everyone cleaned up after themselves every night and were both friendly and professional.   Stewart was available by phone or email to answer questions if he wasn't on site at the time, and checked in nightly whenever he had a subcontractor on site for the day.   I have already recommended Classic Builders of Hendersonville to others.

Recent Review: He began in the spring by ripping out old carpets, repairing holes in existing walls and building new walls. The electric throughout the home was old and needed replacing as well as the plumbing. A concrete wall needed to be added to the foundation as well as other structural repairs completed before the engineer would sign off on the inspection. .He was able to create a master bath off the master bedroom that did not exist before by designing a new entrance and incorporating an old half bath and hallway area that was useless space before. The new kitchen and baths are beautiful ,as well as efficient. His last project at the home was to break up an old concrete slab and replace with a new concrete patio and sidewalk, both were done with a decorative surface and designed to be handicap accessible.

Recent Review: It is a locally-owned business and is family oriented. They have been around for 25 years, I believe. They are up-to-date. I used them all year last year and am still using them. They have been doing one room at a time, so it has been an ongoing process; the last one was the master bedroom. They come over and recommend different set-ups for our rooms. They recommend changes that can make our house better and design floor plans in a new home too. They coordinate stuff. They are really good, and I am satisfied with their work. We can get fabrics and window treatments from them. We can have our whole house done for $2000 or three rooms for $1000, I think. We don’t have to buy from them but they sell their own line of furniture. They sell blinds and all kinds of nice stuff. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

ANDREY'S CUSTOM HOMEWORKS
Recent Review: The work went very well and Andrey helped by contributing good ideas as the remodeling project proceeded, most of which we took and he executed, like adding two built-in alcoves to a built-out part of a wall which housed a plumbing pipe but otherwise would have been wasted space. He was very considerate, a pleasure to work with, and he always cleaned up after himself at the end of every workday.

Recent Review: I was SO pleased with this job! Kevin went above and beyond my expectations. I have to say I am a single female who knows NOTHING about this stuff and I only had a business card I had found. He came in with this really upbeat attitude and won my trust completely from the beginning. He worked within my budget and communicated every little change or problem along the way. And he was always cheerful!! All the people who worked with him were hard workers and fast at what they did and the best thing was that it was obvious that they took pride in their work. I cannot recommend highly enough the knowledge, expertise, and positive attitude of Kevin Silver and his partners!

We would not use this contractor again - In our opinion, job took too long, lack of coordination, communication and scheduling. There were several avoidable extra costs along with unnecessary delays.  We feel that this contractor did not abide by what was written in his contract - mostly having to do with oversight and communication.

I can not say enough about Stewart Nicholson, owner, and his crew. From the quote to finished product, Stewart and his team are above and beyond professional, trustworthy, and competent. He provided a great structural plan for the complete gut and remodel of the bathroom, which I could not be more pleased with. Not only did Stewart come and do a majority of the work himself, but Stewart was ALWAYS there to monitor the progress of his team and his subcontractors. I never had to worry if something was going to be done on time or done perfectly correct. Stewart managed it all with grace and integrity. Having your home turned upside down is not a good feeling. But Stewart walked me through the process from start to finish, never leaving me feeling abandoned or insecure. His advice and recommendations were spot on because he spends the time to get to know his clients. I don't know the first thing about remodeling, but I put all my trust and faith in Stewart, and I was NOT disappointed. Stewart instills confidence. He keeps his commitments. He and his subcontractors always showed up when they were scheduled, they kept the house clean always putting things away and making it a livable environment while the work was going on. I will NEVER hire anyone else but Stewart to do any work for me going forward.
