Recent Review: Although we ordered a shower door in April, the paperwork was not written up correctly and no door was on hand upon the install date. We are waiting for the unit to come in so the project can be completed.

Recent Review: The work looks great and they were very nice.  The hardest part for us was selecting all the materials (tub, tile, faucets, grout, vanity, shower door, mirrors, light fixtures)  to make sure we got the right thing and had it ready before he arrived- based on what we chose that added about $1,500 per bathroom.   I would recommend him.

Recent Review: Brian did an excellent job.  He gave me a solid quote in a timely manner.  He was ontime, neat and tidy, he put drop clothes from the front door all the way upstairs to the bathroom, cleaned up everyday.  He accomodated a couple of mid-job changes that I made.  He worked around my schedule.  He was reasonable when it came to additional cost for the changes I made.  He gave me a credit for something he didn't need to do.  It was a great experience to have him do the work on my bathroom.

Recent Review: Dynamic Kitchens and Baths was so helpful in choosing the fixtures, finishes even the grout color. They're sub contractors though not many, included the shower door installer Clifton Park Glass and Painter, Gary Haswell who also did terrific work with Dynamic Kitchens and Baths overseeing every aspect of they're work.

Recent Review: It took longer to start the project because of personnel issues that Bennett had, but that wasn’t a huge problem. It just meant that the bulk of the work was being done during a very cold stretch of weather. That can be a problem when the garage door has to remain open and people are in and out. Other than that, once things started, it went well. Sean was great as were other members of the crew that did plumbing, etc. Steve, our project manager was very responsive and very helpful with dealing with some of the suppliers for things like shower doors. One other thing that proved invaluable was the assistance of their interior designer. She was always available to us and even met me at a tile store to help me choose.

Recent Review: Peter Ziamandanis helped us scope out the project, offered floor plan ideas, provided a professional contract, detailing the scope, listing items to be purchased by homeowner, and with a milestone payment schedule. Final floor plan helped us get the most out of the space we had to work with. Offered great suggestions for which stores to shop for good deals. We found Tavertine stone at the Bargain Outlet at $4/sf which we would not have been able to afford otherwise. Demo went faster than expected. Good daily cleanup; especially when sheetrock dust being made. Left things neat and tidy. Dumpster provided was large enough to allow us to do some house purging. Good communication throughout the project. Crews showed up when Peter said they would. Good crews; electrical, plumber, dry wall, tile work, and shower door installation. All tradesmen were very professional. Excellent workmanship! beautiful finished master bath and downstairs bath. Peter Z. is very detail oriented, especially with molding. He installed "picture frame" molding throughout the bathroom and toilet closet, chair rail, and crown molding. New doors installed to replace the older style Luan doors. Suggested ceiling color to make the crown molding "pop". Project completed on time - it took approximately 6 weeks which is what Peter said it would. Crews worked expeditiously toward completion in a logical sequence. No rework was needed. Peter charged less than his estimate for the downstairs bath. $3,300 reduced to $2,900.  Upstairs bath was completed and paid acording to the contract payment schedule. Good system of tracking progress payments. No suprises. Offered ideas for other projects we have been contemplating; roof gutters, chimney repairs, tree removal; he checked pricing on our roof replacement project and offered names of contractors to do the work. Very knowledgeable.

Recent Review: Robert was great to work with - he was open to our ideas but also provided helpful suggestions on how to reduce expenses or where we could get better value for our money. We were on vacation for the messiest part of the remodel and Robert was very good about keeping us up to date on progress with the remodel. The project was on time and on budget and the new bathroom looks and functions GREAT! My only small complaint is that the marble threshold on the shower appears to be slanted outwards, so we get some moisture on the floor after showering. Nothing that the bath mat cannot handle.

They were terrible. We had an issue where the tile in the master shower is peeling. Tile shouldn't peel. I spent a lot of money. It was partly the sales woman, her name is Sara Bouvier. I don't have any idea where to begin, I need help. My daughters could see that she just wasn't ....... I got a new faucet, sink counter top, back splash. With my master bathroom, it took too long. The guy on the job was brand new. I wanted something more than squares, like maybe diamonds, but he was so new. He lost his job. They had to redo the floor in my shower, because the pitch wasn't right. It was flowing onto the floor. There are 2 Justins, Justin 1 and Justin 2 and Justin 2 is the one that corrected it.  I had all new shower stall put into the girl's bathroom, all new tub and the tile, I like it, it looks good. So when the guy that was putting the tub in, he said I'm gonna tell you something, this is not gonna look good, the existing tile you have. She should have said something, the sales woman because the original tile I had, it's a Merina built home, because my other tub came out further. That part of the tile was chipped which you couldn't see it with the original tub. So I had to have new tile. Then the bathroom sink, one of the guys chipped the original, we have dual sinks with the quartz counter tops. We were going to keep the original cabinets and he chipped the wood. Then he tried to say it was one of my girls.  It was horrible. I'll never use them again. It took a while also. I ordered an island because I like to cook, it's a Medallion island. I wanted Antique white. It didn't look like antique, I paid extra and it was white and it wasn't level. So they sent it back. I got another one. Then, I have wood floors, and the guys dragged the new one to put it in place. I said you just scratched my floor. I had to take pictures of it, my sons an attorney, because she wasn't going to come out and fix my floor. I think this was the third island, she really gave me a hard time. But since he's an attorney, he told me how to do it. I won on that one.  They were here early like 8 o'clock. They were on time. I had a man look at my master shower and I have extra tiles, but he said wow, the tiles are not lined up right and the pitch is not right and he doesn't know if he can get them to line up right.

An appointment time was agreed upon.  Contractor did not show or call.  I followed up a couple of weeks later and he said he was nearby and could come immediately.  OK (strike 1) Discussion and measurements were made.  Follow up promised.  Several weeks passed and I called him.  He said they were backed up and he would respond.  I still have not received a proposal or design plan.  (strike 2) At this point, I feel ripped off and I would not trust this contractor to start and finish a job in my home.  I want a refund for poor services undelivered and lack of communication.

I have used Bennett before, and as usual things went very smooth.  They appear to be very busy and there was substantial lead time to get the project scheduled.  Some of the scheduling leaadtime were caused by our personal requirements.  Once the project started it went very smooth.  Had a minor punch list item that required a half an hour correction after the job finished.  This was handled quickly without hesitation.

All new fixtures installed, fan vented to outside, new corner shower with rounded door that slides open and close, new toilet, new vanity, floor, etc. Second major job we had Bennett do for us this year. Same carpenter (Dennis) as prior job, who we could not praise enough for his hard work, keeping us informed, and returning to fix one minor problem with the shower door. Only problem with install was wrong vanity was ordered, which delayed job for a couple of weeks. Quality of work was great, as expected from our previous family room remodel. Bennett is a class outfit and I would highly recommend them.
