    Tillges Certified Orthotics and Prosthetics
We highly recommend Eric Fleming. Working with Eric was topnotch. He was an excellent listener. He gave my wife lots of options. He showed her lots of possibilities. He knows his stuff. He is well-qualified, certified and trained. He saw her through the entire process from initial appointment to manufacturing and making of her orthotics and delivering them and fitting them afterwards. So, I really felt like he was very individualized service.

The care and professionalism was the best I've ever had in a surgical environment. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the pre-op, operation, and post-op from them. Top notch.

    Schuler Shoes
I went into the St. Louis Park store, even though it wasn't the closest to me because they had a pedorthist there that day and I could get a foot screening. It was a great experience. I met with Steve, the pedorthist. He was very thorough in listening to my concerns and in his explaining of the mechanics of the foot. Steve explained the importance and role that the shoe construction and insert play in support of the foot. He then made basic recommendations of inserts and shoes to look at. Steve also recommended some stretching exercises that would help. He was very thorough and professional. At that point, I worked with Robin, a shoe specialist, to find and get fitted with shoes that would match Steve's recommendations. Robin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I looked at and tried on different shoes and sizes. She had great insight and information regarding the shoes, which was appreciated. Robin was very professional and seemed genuinely to care and want to make sure that I was fitted properly and that the shoes would work for me. In the end, I purchased several pairs of shoes and inserts (I'm a guy and don't enjoy shoe shopping, so once every few years is about it for me) that will work for the various situations and should cover me for some time. While the total cost in $ was more than if I had shopped online, the information and service I received from both Steve and Robin was definitely worth the extra cost. It's only been a day, but my feet feel 100% better than before I went into the store. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and will return the next time I need footwear.

    WINKLEY ORTHOTICS & PROSTHETICS
I've been working with Winkley (Terry Woodman) for many years. Every two years or so, I have Terry fix my shoes (per his suggestion, I now purchase two pair - one black, for fall/winter seasons, dressy purposes and one white for Spring/Summer, casual wear. I then alternate the shoes so I wear the soles down more evenly and they will last longer (these are the only shoes I wear/own). The process of shoe reconstruction is a very precise art. I initially drop off the shoes with a pair of ones I currently wear. Terry does an initial reconstruction of the soles/heels. When they are ready (can be up to 2-3 weeks) I then come in to the office and he watches me walk in the new ones for a good five minutes, so he can see my posture, placement of knees, hips, etc. I let him know how they feel; whether they're "off" or uncomfortable immediately or after a few minutes of standing/walking. If the rockerbottom is even a tad off - too much or too little, my body will inform me immediately. Therefore, it's very important that I work with someone who truly knows what he/she is doing and is a very good listener. After Terry fixes the shoes (he can go back to the workshop 2-4 times in one appointment until we think he's got it right), I go home and use them for a couple of weeks. If they need work, we start the whole process over again. We do this until we get it right. Sometimes it happens the first time out; other times it can take 2-3 appointments. Terry is one of the best in his field. He's been doing it for years, so he comes with the experience and wisdom needed. He's also a wonderful guy: gentle, kind, compassionate and passionate about his work. He is not happy till I am happy - now that's what I call the ultimate in customer service!

    WINKLEY ORTHOTICS & PROSTHETICS
My son has worn orthotics since he was little. Our favorite person to go see periodically was "Dr. Bob" (Bob Jurusik). We have followed Dr. Bob to Winkley orthotics and have continued to have an excellent experience. Bob has made new orthotics for my son and has adjusted them further to compensate for growth. Bob does not suggest new orthotics until the old ones are beyond adjustment. Sadly we do not see Bob often anymore as it seems my son's feet have stopped growing. But I would recommend Bob to anyone looking for a quality experience (he knows his stuff), along with a great sense of humor. Bob really cares about the kids he treats.

    WINKLEY ORTHOTICS & PROSTHETICS
I did not have to pay for this, but the whole process was about $10000-11000. When I had my accident, Al came to the hospital to greet me and talk with me. After I was out of the hospital, I met with him and everything went smoothly. I can call with any problems, and he can usually see me that day. He is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend him to others.

They are pretty good. They are very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Their staff members are very nice. I like all their staff members and the doctors are very good too. I have not seen the bill yet; they are working with my insurance company with regards to that.
