  • Provider name locked. managed to fix a hot tub that had stumped several other repair companies, including the manufacturers own repair representatives.  I'd had several repairers out to look at it but all others had said I had to have the unit drained and removed from the built-in deck, which meant it had sat unused for quite awhile.  By Provider name locked. , I called Provider name locked. , due to the good reviews here, and Provider name locked. was able to do the work with the tub in place.  It was quite a challenge, and it took him some time to find all the problems but it's back working even better than when first installed.  Provider name locked. was very thorough and really took his time to make sure everything worked and all leaks were fixed.  He went above and beyond to get this job done and we couldn't be more grateful.  His costs were very reasonable, especially as I didn't have to have the tub hauled out and reinstalled.  Highly recommend Provider name locked. !

  • Guy named Provider name locked. came out - very, very good and nice, to boot. For $350
    he isolated the problem somewhere in the area behind the skanky toilet in the
    boiler room (through the wall where the laundry chute is). Then a few days later, we had Provider name locked. , from
    Roto-Rooter, come and tear the wall apart to try to find the leak. He couldn't
    find it. That took about 4.5 hours of prime plumber time!
    So we scheduled Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. to come out together - that happened
    today. They isolated the problem down to a little 1.5" lead pipe that was
    Provider name locked. up in the wall that apparently USED to be connected to some old
    plumbing. During the previous remodel, they should have taken that lead pipe
    out but they just left it open. When they tested it by putting duct tape over
    the end of that pipe, the smoke went mostly away. They worked together very nicely and both companies (Provider name locked. and Roto-Rooter) were exceptionally accommodating to schedule time TOGETHER - that can't be easy!
    I was so appreciative that they did what was needed to find the problem together - exceptional service. And to my surprise, neither Provider name locked. nor Provider name locked. charged me anything for the 2nd visit!

  • My email to Mr. Provider name locked. "I was disappointed with the pool opening this year. My wife was home & said the people were rushed & looked like they just wanted to get it done & not necessarily right.I found that the jets were just put in and not aimed to promote circulation and only 2 screws per jet were used. There were enough in the bag to use the 4 per jet that should be used."
    His response"Provider name locked. -   I personally opened the pool and rushed we always are but this has NEVER caused us to cut corners on the work we do. We also went above and beyond what we charge for by carrying and placing the cover exactly where your wife wanted it placed. Truth be told, I was a little miffed at her for expecting us to do this.   I made the decision to install only two screws per jet as this is all that is required to hold them in place and the water temperature made it difficult for my helper to keep his hands underwater. As far as how you prefer the jets to be positioned, every person is different and it's impossible to know what you want unless you leave us a note.   Maybe I need to start charging $50 more to open a concrete pool as it takes twice as long to open in comparison to vinyl lined pools. If you want the extra screws installed let me know and I will send someone out to do this.   For the record, When I'm on the job I do put pressure on my employees to rush as I do not believe in walking at the jobsite. If a 20 something kid can't keep up with a 50 year old man that has had 2 back surgeries, a neck fusion, and an elbow surgery then I do not need them working for me. "
    Mistakes can be made. It how the company handles the mistakes that matters. Provider name locked. closed the pool last fall and removed removed 4 screws from each jet. My wife was in the yard when they were done & Mr. Provider name locked. didn't even take the time to let her know he was done. His response was very unprofessional.Very poor customer service. Will not do business with  Provider name locked. again.
