I was looking at purchasing a new home and it needed some extra support columns for the center beam so I contacted Provider name locked. and spoke with Provider name locked. and he was able to provide me with a great description of what they could do, cost, timeline, etc. as well as just gave me some extra information overall (which I appreciated very much). While the seller fixed the issue before closing and paid for it, I would definitely call on Provider name locked. for any future work like this as he really took the time to explain information and was very knowledgeable on the topic/project (in comparison to other contractors).

We remodeled almost our entire home with Provider name locked. . There wasnt much we didnt do in the end.
Provider name locked. was very helpful going with us on selections and patient with us when my wife changed her mind last minute several times. We went with raised panel doors, energy star windows, and oak trim. In the kitchen we went with custom cabinets and LVT tile. We used hands free faucets throughout the home. We went with quartz counter tops and under mount sinks. The master bedroom is hardwood floors and a custom walk in closet was added.
The job took longer than we expected mostly due to all the last minute changes we made or the stuff we added. They were respectful and did excellent work.Throughout the process they addressed all our concerns and imperfections we noticed. The thing i like is how responsive they were in all areas.
Provider name locked. gave me insight on several occasions on to what he believed was the best thing to do even when it meant them making less on the overall sale. His rectitude was comforting and he was easy to deal with. I like when someone does what they say and don't back up from it when it doesnt benifit them. Thats what he and Provider name locked. did.
The house did get dustier than i expected it to and found it hard to deal with so many things happening in my home, those are my only real complaints. Provider name locked. has my vote of confidence and will be mentioned to anyone looking to do and update or a total remodel to their home. Everything was straight forward and transparent from day one, thats the only way i like business to be.
I am very satisfied all the way around.

This was by far my worst experience using a remodeling contractor service/business that I have ever had. I will NEVER use them again and I highly encourage others to do the same. The value for your money could be better served by using another company. We chose to work with them because our understanding based on feedback from others, and from a friend who had used them in the past, was that they were a great company to work with. I believe as they have gotten bigger and have more jobs, that has changed. Attention to detail is severely lacking and my overall customer service experience has been the WORST customer experience. While this was my first time using them, it will certainly be our last.
When you choose a contractor like Provider name locked. you pay a premium. You pay a premium and for that premium you expect to not have to deal with the little details, a smooth process, and superior service. Things happen and companies/sub-contractors are not perfect and we totally get that, but almost EVERY single detail/work had to be redone and some multiple times. Our job was supposed to take approximately 5 weeks, but in reality it took approximately 13 weeks. Issues were plentiful and were due to use of poor subcontractors (who didn't pay attention to details), architects/designers who didn't pay attention to details, a project manager that while an incredibly nice guy was probably too overstretched, and a management team who didn't seem to care when we initially voiced concern. We were failed on so many levels and we are SO incredibly disappointed with the process.
Issues included holes drilled in stone where they shouldn't have been, shower rods being installed at the wrong height so that new tile had to be placed, warped cabinet doors, bad paint jobs, vanity ordered without all the wood sides (wasn't forgotten, just wasn't ordered because the attention to detail wasn't there), faucet fixture selections that our designer/architects said would fit were installed and ended up not working out and needed to be replaced with totally new fixture and type of fixture, divets in our wood frames that couldn't be patched well due to the types of nails/screws used so they all had to be reordered, mirror frames too tight to fit the mirrors so that the nails popped through the wood and frames needed to be redone..... the list goes on and on. None of these alone are issues, but the culmination of these and the need to come back for some items to fix them more than once, became frustrating... especially when you pay a premium to not have as much of this happen. Believe it or not, we were accepting of most everything and worked with the team to accommodate until this happened......
The subcontractors accidentally went off plan and drilled three holes for our soaking tub in the stone which were not supposed to be there. The project manager (PM) asked if we would be interested in getting a new tub to accommodate. We were open to that and wanted to work with them however, if that was the case the original tub had too high of a profile and wouldn't accommodate our faucet selection which matched with our other fixtures. So, our PM told us to see if we saw anything we liked. We found some images of a tub we liked. It didn't have to be this tub and we weren't even sure if this tub would work, so if he could find one that worked that was like this, we were okay leaving the holes. He asked us to email the photos. Next thing we know, we get an email in response (no in-person, no phone call) telling us that this tub is an upgrade and we would have to pay for the upgrade. WHOA! We were working with them to fix their problem, didn't need that tub, just liked the height of the profile, and weren't even sure it would fit. Turns out, our PM hadn't even looked to see if it would work in the hole we had (it didn't by the way) and just looked at the cost of the tub image we sent. His response was essentially, 'you owe us more money to fix a problem we created.' After so many problems and lack of attention to detail (even in communication methods), I reached out to Provider name locked. , the VP of Sales and Marketing at Provider name locked. . I was irate and to be fair, I did light him up on the phone, but he defended his team (what happened to the customer is always right?) and said he would reach out to the team and get back to me. He did ask me if I had reached out to my team and I said I wanted to talk to someone else. What I wanted was for him to talk to the team get back to me with a plan to try to stop the craziness and redo's. It would have been wonderful if he and the team with the architects sat down with our plans and reviewed it all again along with the plan to figure out how they could turn this around.... never happened, nothing even close to it.
Within 30 minutes our contractor called me and told me he had a message from Provider name locked. that I was unhappy. He had not even spoken with Provider name locked. yet!!! I explained and he apologized. He worked to fix the issue, but nothing changed. Until the project was completed, more things were fixed. The nail in the coffin was that Provider name locked. , who assured me he would work with the team, get to the bottom of it and get back to me sent us an email that said he had spoken with the PM and said he heard we were fine. I never responded and I thought that would get a return phone call. NOPE! He sent ANOTHER email asking if everything was good. After how angry I was on the phone, I deserved a return phone call. I was so DONE!!!! Never again and at this point, there is NOTHING that they can do to fix this. They sure did want their full amount for the service though!!!
At the end of the work, Provider name locked. contacted us for the final walkthrough and to give us some gift that they provide to their clients. We never responded. They had their money in full for poor service and lack of attention to detail and they are not welcome in my home EVER AGAIN! If you can believe it, at this point i FINALLY got a phone call from Provider name locked. wondering how things were and when his team could schedule to come to my house. THE NERVE!!!!! I informed him that they were not welcome, I will never use them again, and everyone I meet and know will hear about my poor experience. He did ask the President to give me a call and Provider name locked. was kind enough to try to reach out. He wanted to fix things. I did attempt to call him once and he wasn't available. I did share that there is no fixing this, my willingness to speak with him was to ensure he was aware of our poor experience so that maybe if he cared enough, which others clearly did not, he could fix this for others in the future. He did want to hear from me, but we're done. I'm tired of reliving the nightmare.
Long story, but bottom line. don't USE THEM!! I never write reviews and I was so upset by my experience that I am writing one. You can get more value for your money elsewhere, you WILL BE happier in the long run, and you and your hard earned money deserve that much. Anything they choose to write in defense of themselves or to suggest that they cared through this process is, in my opinion, not worthy of accepting at face value. Actions speak Provider name locked. than words. Too little, too late!!
