  • It was great. The front desk person was very friendly, out going and helpful. Everybody seemed to know her and kept shouting her name. They have expertise. The set up was nice and they have kid stuff. There are tooth brushes and kids can brush. The doctor's room was very large and very comfortable. He was very polite and answered patiently all my daughter's questions. They had a good plan to go there. It was an easy opportunity to go there.

  • My daughter, A,  got braces on June 26.  She has been seeing Dr. Provider name locked. for a couple of years, in preparation for the big day of getting braces.
Dr. Provider name locked. has monitored A, worked with her dentist and oral surgeon, made a lot of recommendations to get my daughter to the point where she could have braces put on.  It's an interesting process. We began seeing Dr. Provider name locked. at our dentist's recommendation when our daughter was 12, I believe.  Dr. Provider name locked. took xrays and discussed what might happen along the way to getting braces.  There was a lot of monitoring first to see how A's jaw developed. Every few months we would go in and Dr. Provider name locked. would take a look to see how things were progressing.  There was no charge for all this pre-work.  A needed some baby teeth removed as well as permanent teeth.  It turned out some of her un-erupted Provider name locked. teeth were pushing some teeth out of line, so those also had to be removed.  (This oral surgery is not an inexpensive process, by the way.)  A then needed to have her upper palate widened because her bite was so off, so a few months before she was ready for braces, she got a palate expander, this sort of metal bridge across the roof of her mouth that had a little screw-type of thing that she had to crank a bit every day. A said it was not particularly uncomfortable, it was just hard to speak with it.
When Dr. Provider name locked. felt A's mouth was ready, she was scheduled for her brace installation, or whatever you call it.  Prior to that date, we had to make arrangements for payment.  Dr. Provider name locked. 's staff met with us and explained the possibilities. The could set up monthly payments, or if payment was made up front, there was a 10% discount.  I have heard from other people that she is neither more nor less expensive than other orthodontists so I guess I have no complaints there.
Every single person we have encountered working in Dr. Provider name locked. 's office has been nothing but pleasant.  The office is nicely appointed and recently remodeled.  The technology is up to date.  Even the magazines in the waiting room are up to date!  When I got my braces decades ago, it was painful and unpleasant.  I had feared this for my daughter, but she has had a completely different experience.  Orthodontia has made great strides since the 1970s and I am very pleased all the way around, and so is my daughter.   Way to go, Dr. Provider name locked. !  Two more years and we will see A's beautiful straightened teeth and it will all have been worth it.

  • The treatments for my 7 year old son have gone very well (except for my son losing 2 retainers in the school lunch trash :( , which was not Dr. Provider name locked. 's fault).  After reviewing X-rays, Dr. Provider name locked. also recommended that my son have 4 baby teeth removed (by an oral surgeon) to solve the "crowding" problem that my son was facing with his permanent teeth coming in. We had his 4 teeth removed, which has helped allow his permanent teeth to come in without problems. My son is now on hopefully his last retainer to correct his overbite issue.

Appointment availability has always been good at his office (ie. before or after school)
Dr. Provider name locked. is very personable and never makes us feel like he is in a hurry to move on to the next patient. He relates very well to my son and clearly enjoys what he is doing.

I would give him an A+ and recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist
