  • Twice it was a good experience and twice it was a bad experience. It depended on who you got as a nurse. A few times I had good nurses and a good doctor, and I could not speak higher of the service. Two times it was bad service. One time I as I was being discharged, it took four hours because the doctor did not sign the form and they had to go find him. Another time I had to wait six hours for the doctor's signature. I was upset because I daughter came in from North Provider name locked. and she was only in town for a few days. I was not a happy camper. It was inefficient, they were ready to discharge but could not because they did not have the doctor's signature. Most of the nurses were really good, but I had some trouble with some nurses.

  • I had some complications with my delivery and they got me in to a Provider name locked. as quick as possible. Later, everything went fine and they kept me alive. They were very professional and my experience was good with them. I will use their services in future, if required.

  • The surgery we well because I had a great surgeon. My hospital stay was horrible however. I was 'taken care of' by a number of incompetent nurse aids who at one point thought they should just let me sleep in Provider name locked. of administering any pain medication. Because of this, I awoke at 3 am in horribly excruciating pain and laid there for 15 minutes before anyone even came into the room. It then took almost an hour until I was offered any relief. I was rarely checked on during the night and my husband had to help me to the bathroom at least twice because it took so long for a 'nurse' to arrive after being called. The next morning, one of the nurses removed the drain tube from foot, telling me this was the first time she had done it - she then yanked out the tube so hard that she thought it may have snapped off inside my foot. I had to immediately go to my surgeons clinic to allow him to check my foot and make sure there wasn't still tubing left in my foot. The nurse did not once apologize. The surgery/hospital stay was then coded incorrectly and the woman I talked to at the billing office told me that I did not infact have the surgery I was describing to her - I must be mistaken instead of considering the possibility that it was coded wrong. She then told me she didn't see any way I would be able to get out of paying the 14K hospital bill. I had to resolve the issue through a family friend who happens to work at another Allina Clinic.
