Flawless! Very professional, prompt, and courteous. Even during the estimate stage, Victor had excellent suggestions and insight. There was nothing we regretted during the entire process and are extremely pleased with the results!

    Bloomington Carpet One
Great experience. We need laminate kitchen floor repaired due to water damage. They were able to order the same flooring we had gotten 10 years ago. The installation was good and the floor looks wonderful. We are very happy and will look to them for future flooring needs. Friendly, professional, on time staff.

    CAP Carpet & Flooring LLC
I can only reiterate what other reviewers have said. CAP carpet was excellent from the moment I walked into the showroom until the installers walked out the door. But what really impressed me was the level of customer service provided by my sales rep Sunnie. Communication is essential to good service and she responded promptly and personally to every question or concern I had. Weeks after the job was completed, I needed a copy of the final invoice for a real estate transaction. She provided it to me by email within minutes of having received my request. I would have no hesitation in recommending CAP Carpet.

    Anton's Floorcovering LLC
Overall everything went well. The bathroom looks better than it did before and better than if I were to do it myself. They did do a good job with the tiling. The staff was generally responsive, mostly nice and on time. However there were some things about working with the company and with the tile job itself that were off putting. The price was okay but I felt a bit on the high side at $22 per sqft. This did not include the tile, cement board, waterproofing materials, and edging pieces that I paid for separately. I was originally going to do the job myself and had purchased some of the materials. According to them, they were familiar with the materials and would have used them anyways. I didn't have everything yet so when asked if i should get the remaining materials, they said yes. However, when the job was done, they didnt use all of what they said they needed and I was out a $100-$200 of unneeded/un-returnable material still in the packaging (not partially used). When selecting trim/edging, they recommended a brand for me to look at to get the material and color i wanted. I found that the company didnt make all the pieces i needed in the color I wanted and let them know. They asked me to go to this store because they said "they have everything" and that i would find what i wanted. I called the store and they said they didnt have the materials. I again was told by Antons flooring that "they have everything" and I should just go to the store. The store is only open during my working hours and I am paid hourly. I had to take 3 hours out of my day to drive to this store, look for the material, was told they dont have it, so when trying to make a compromise, spend my time there trying to figure out what type of pieces i need. Not something i would have expected to do. When choosing the surround tile, we originally wanted smaller subway tile but they recommended larger subway tile as it would look nicer. We looked around and agreed. We would choose larger subway tile in the size they suggested with a staggered 50/50 offset and they said this was perfect. Come installation day, they said that we had to change the offset pattern as large subway tile that they recommended tends to bow at those sizes and a 50/50 offset would not look good and that this was common knowledge. I'm not sure why we were not informed of this earlier as we would have made different choices given the information. However, since we were told installation day, and the tile was already paid for, we had to go with their best judgement. Making last minute changes the day of with my "hands tied" is not how I want my projects to go and this felt deliberate. With the floor tile, we bought tile that was designed to have very thin grout lines. We wanted a "cement" style look with a solid dark color. They saw the tile and said that they could do a very thin grout line no problem. After they were half way through with the tile, i noticed that they were putting in grout lines 2-3 times the size we were expecting. When asked about this, they denied making their earlier statement and said it was not possible to have the grout line thickness they told me that they could do. It seems that the installer and the project manager where not syncing up and this was them just covering for their mistake. The installation went quickly however there are a few annoyances. One of the subway tiles was cut poorly. They blamed it on the uneven walls, even if this is true, a better cut could have been made to hide the unevenness. I'm not a professional installer but I have installed tile and even I would have cut a new tile piece given the extra material that was available. We still see the tile bowing in the 1/3 offset pattern so it is not as hidden as they implied although I do believe it is less pronounced than the 1/2 offset pattern. Had I been informed of this, i would have choosen smaller subway tiles. In addition to this, they also left the brand new mudded, sanded, primed and painted walls dirty and, for whatever reason, riddled with dents. This caused me to have to go back in and wash, fill, sand, prime, and paint portions of the walls. I know some of this is expected but check the pictures so see what I mean. Lastly, any concern of mine i brought to their attention was met with "you are wrong, we are right. do what we say and all will be good" which to me was not reassuring that they had my

    CARPET COURT
Ordered in January, it is now May and they are still not installed. Service is terrible and painfully slow. Asked. Special ordered a sink at their recommendation, won't work. This job is a nigtmare, would NEVER use them again for anything. Expensive, terrible service. Ended up not using them for flooring. Cant get my money back or I would go elsewhere.

    CBL Floors
We used CBL Floors for many projects including flooring, carpet, blinds and now countertops. We recommend their family-friendly business to anyone! Diane was especially helpful with the countertop selection to coordinate with the kitchen colors. We couldnt be happier with the process and results.

    KITCHENS MADE SIMPLE
KMS just finished our gorgeous kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier with the customer service or the remodel itself. Doug, Rob, and the team were great at keeping our project on task, communicating with us, and were trustworthy/easy to have around the house. We found the pricing to be fair and quality of the work exceptional. We would not hesitate to use KMS again and highly recommend them.

Victor and his crew did a fantastic job. Everyone that worked on the job was professional. Victor did a great job laying out the costs for items and his pricing was more than fair. The timeliness of the project was from start to finish was outstanding. We love our new bathrooms!

    Spartan, Inc.
We hired Spartan to remodel our bathroom. And I should start by saying that I am (not really, but jokingly) reluctant to write this glowing review, for fear that I will have to share these guys with lots of new clients and I wont have them all to myself for my next project! Haha :) We didnt have a ton of money to throw at our bathroom so I was worried that they would not take the job, or take it seriously. Well they not only treated this job (I think) the same as they would a $70k kitchen remodel, but they also did small things to help us stay within our budget, such as letting me buy the materials when I could get them cheaper, and they were even willing to let another contractor do part of the job if they were lower cost. (That ended up not being necessary but how many places would willingly do that?!) We had them rip out the old floor (plus like four layers of linoleum added over the decades!) in the bathroom and hallway, knock out a wall to merge a closet with the bathroom, move the sink, move some electrical, install a new sink and lights and put the new floor in and paint etc. It turned out gorgeous and the bathroom is (perhaps sadly!) now the classiest room in my house. :) The main person you will deal with for sales and project management is Mike. He has a calm (and calming) disposition and is careful with his estimates so as not to promise things that cant be done, while also suggesting things that I had not thought of. The ones who actually did the work were Paul and Dave. Dave is trained as a cabinet maker and as such is an expert craftsman. He was the brains behind our remodel, so he will not only know the best way to accomplish what you want to do, but he will see to it that it is executed perfectly. Paul did a lot of the actual day to day work and was the one I dealt with most often. He is the one that made sure everything actually got done and finished all the way to the end, including the less fun parts like sanding, painting and cleanup. He is friendly and approachable with a great sense of humor, and fun to talk with. I really cant say enough good things about these guys. I enjoyed their personalities as well as the quality of their work, not to mention the way they tried to make sure everything was possible with our small budget. Granted the project did exceed our original budget but that is because I was having so much fun tearing things apart we decided to add to the project scope! Now that it is done, I am already planning and saving up money for 3 other projects I have in mind for them next. I have found my contractor of choice and will call them for everything from now on. They will probably be sick of me soon. :) I also own my own business so from my experience, I think the couple of the so-so reviews I saw on here are from anxious customers who expect contractors to be mind readers and will accept nothing less than 100% perfection in all things there are people like that, but I am not this way (and by the way neither is the world we live in!). Just treat them like a friend who is doing some work, and they will do the same for you! Again, I sort of dont want to share them ;), but if you are looking for an honest, reasonably priced, good quality company to do some work on your house, you should absolutely consider Spartan. It matters to them that you are happy, they do great work, won't leave you hanging for months and months to finish (like some of those horror stories you hear), and they will be honest in their dealings with you. You will not be disappointed!
