I lost 30 pounds over the first few years, and kept it off throughout the rest of the 7 years. At the end of the 7 years, I changed jobs and unfortunately my new employer does not have Provider name locked. at Work. Over time I gained all the weight back plus more. I'm trying to get a Provider name locked. at Work program going at my new employer. I've been trying for many years. I also tried going to normal Provider name locked. meetings, but they were not as effective, because I did not attend regularly. Going to the meetings over lunch is perfect.- PATRICIA T.
I was looking for a more personalized (and less intimidating) experience than the "big box" fitness centers, especially since I hadn't been in the gym for several years. Provider name locked. and her staff fit a good niche for people with specific injuries or health issues. or who may not be comfortable in a large, impersonal fitness center. The facilities are somewhat cozy (this isn't a Lifetime Fitness), but I enjoy the people and find myself renewing with BFL again and again. I don't think I would have stuck with a regimine in a standard fitness center environment. BFL personal training rates are comparable and I feel like I'm getting so much more out of the experience than I would have gotten elsewhere. If you need specialized attention or are just getting started, check BFL out.- Charity F.
Needed a guided/supervised/personalized fitness program that was specific to my health issues. Contacted Provider name locked. (the owner), she was very responsive to my needs and selected a Personal Trainer that she thought would be the best fit for me. I met with Provider name locked. for a complimentary consultation, LOVED her. I picked a package (financial/ schedule) that was comfortable for me, and have been working with Provider name locked. for a few months now. Everything about BFL is near PERFECT. The environment is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Great equipment, ample parking, a private shower/dressing area, and complimentary bottled water and healthy snacks are available at all times. Typically only one or two other trainers/clients are sharing the space. The only less-than-positives for me (and these likely wouldn't bother anyone else in the least): (1)- it is a co-ed fitness center, (2)- it is against policy for a trainer to work with two clients at once, so my "Provider name locked. workouts" with a friend weren't possible. A+++- NANCY W.
