  • Bought the $49.50 diagnostic service call due to a radiator that was only partially filling and would not bleed air when opened. Sadly,  I was ignorant about radiators and boilers.  The tech arrived on schedule and was very pleasant and professional.  He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He educated me about how to add water to the system if the pressure dropped below a particular point and what the ideal pressure range was. He also told me how to drain the system in order to temporarily move a radiator for an upcoming project.  Very happy with tech and service!

  • I have mixed feelings about this company.  While I believe the work that was performed was high quality and for a very reasonable price, I did experience some frustration with the process.  I feel there could have been better communication and responsiveness.  We had discussed prior to the work being performed that I may want heater wire around the underground drain pipe to prevent potential freezing during the winter.  When Provider name locked. finally scheduled the date to come onsite I forgot to remind him of this so when he showed up he didn't have the heater wire to install.  He did make an effort to locate some and since he couldn't get any right away, he tried to set up a way to run the heater wire through after the drain pipe was installed and buried.  Since it was still spring we wouldn't need to worry about potential freezing for several more months.  However, I made several attempts to contact Provider name locked. to find out where the plug would be located when the heater wire gets installed so I could have an exterior electrical outlet installed in the appropriate location.  He never returned my emails and I finally gave up.  I have since moved and I truly hope the new owners don't have issues with the new drain pipe freezing/clogging.  As for the other drainage correction that was done (grading, polysheeting, mulch, borders, etc.) it has done the trick and I did not get anymore water in my basement after the work was completed and could finally sleep soundly when it would rain knowing the basement would stay dry.

  • They gave me the lowest bid out of all the other companies I contacted. They said that it would take about 4 hours, but it ended up taking 9. Even though he had several employees there, he did not charge may any extra for the extra time it took. I was very pleased with them and grateful that I found them on Angie's List.
