  • They matched the best price I had been quoted from another dealership in the twin cities and, in addition, this dealership  Provider name locked. in for free a doubling of the powertrain warranty (so - instead of 10yrs/100,000miles you get 20yrs/200,000miles). They were straightforward on the phone when I called to assess if they would match price, and everything they said would be on the car was. They even offered to deliver the car to me in Provider name locked. . Provider name locked. when we left the car at the dealership to have a couple extra features added on. We worked with Provider name locked. . Were completely satisfied. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy about add-on optional expenses, and efficient.

  • We had an overall disappointing experience. Late in the spring of 2011, we set out to buy a second car. My wife was to start a new job mid-August and would have to begin commuting. We quickly settled on a 2012 Ford Focus and came to Provider name locked. , because they had one on their lot which nearly matched the options we wanted. That particular car was sold to someone else before we could reach a final decision. The salesman offered to order one exactly as we wanted, and we were assured the lead-time would work with the date we needed to take delivery by. (the stated lead-time was six to eight weeks, and we needed the car no later than the end of the eighth week from we we actually placed the order). We negotiated a price over the next several days. The salesman kept asking if we were planning on financing and we always responded that we weren't interests in financing; this would be a cash sale. We arrived a a pretty good price, which we got in writing. During the seventh week we got the VIN number for the new car and were told it would ship at the end of that week from Michigan. When we hadn't been contacted by the end of the next week we began to get nervous. Upon calling, we were told that the car was in a rail holding yard in the north metro, and the dealership expected to actually receive it that day or the next. It end up that the car arrived more than a week past our need-by date. The bigger problem came when we went to pay for the car. We had confirmed in advance that a personal check would be okay, and asked for a total price (negotiated price plus tax, title, and license). The salesman starting talking about financing (again) and once more, we told him this was a cash sale. He then informed us that his understanding was that we wanted to finance and his offer included a $500 rebate-to-dealer and he couldn't honor the price as a cash sale. He then "dug though" his email and couldn't find any point where we mentioned cash. Likewise, his messages never mentioned a rebate. He than told us "that all car dealership quotes always include all rebates whether specifically mentioned or not." We didn't want to finance, but we were trapped. We were frantic for a resolution that day, we really had needed the car starting a week earlier. We were also really frustrated at falling victim to the bait-and-switch. We did end up financing the smallest amount allowed under the rebate program and will pay it off this year.

  • Extremely well. My child was in a car accident. We need to get her a car to continue her Provider name locked. and work. We requested Provider name locked. to be our sales person. He sold me a new Provider name locked. last January 2010. Excellent service, excellent servicew staff, too. Both times, we did not have a trade-in car. Both times, I was treated with respect as a woman. Both times received below Provider name locked. Blue book retail prices.
