  • Provider name locked. was fantastic.  They arrived with four big trucks and about 10 people, swarmed over my garage roof and had it finished in 8 hours.  It is beautiful, and appears to be extremely well done.  The recent high winds did not faze it, while some of my neighbors had problems.  They also replaced old siding on the back wall of the third floor of my house with new vinyl.  When a leak appeared, they came back three times trying to find the leak.  On the third try, they found it, and I can tell you in all honesty, it had nothing at all to do with the work they had done. The problem was something a previous contractor had done. I am as pleased with this contractor as one can be, I think, and intend to use them again if I need any work that they do.

  • I bought the Angie's Big Deal on September 17, 2015. I asked to schedule a date for service when I could check with my husband about his schedule so I would be sure we would both be here to talk to them. I let Provider name locked. know that I wasn't sure if the gutters could be repaired or if they needed to be replaced.

He said he would send his foreman out and let us know. We sent messages back and forth through October. The messages were sent on September 17, 21, October 4, 17 &19th.  All of Provider name locked. 's message asked for my patience as they were hit hard by the Big Deal.  He would be sending his foreman out as soon as possible to look at the gutters.

Then on November 4, 2015, I saw that Provider name locked. had the Big Deal posted again.  I messaged him that I would like to have my job done before he got any more customers through the deal. He responded that he was sorry for the confusion but his foreman had come the first week in October and caulked the leaky gutters. I hadn't even discussed which gutters were leaky with them because I thought we were meeting to talk about repairing vs replacing.  As of October 21st Provider name locked. 's message was he had us on the schedule and would be here by the end of the next week.

I'm not sure the work was ever done.  I sent him a message abut this and he told me to go look at my gutters.  If I wanted to get on a ladder and look at the gutters I would have caulked them myself.  He said to check when its raining sometime but not to go out in the lightening. How helpful was that tip.

I just think the whole thing was handled poorly.  I can't believe that they didn't leave something on my door letting me know they were there.  My husband works out of the home and is here most of the time.  Why not ring the bell to see if anyone is home.

I would just like my money refunded.

  • We plan to use Provider name locked. when we replace our roof and would recommend them to anyone. Provider name locked. came out within a couple of days of our call (on a Sunday morning, to get us in as soon as possible).  He was super nice, professional, and upfront with us about the shape of our roof and our options. He's probably the nicest and most reassuring person we interacted with in the process of moving into our new home. Provider name locked. 's background working as an independent adjuster made him extremely knowledgeable about our particular situation (an old roof but in pretty good shape that showed no issues at our inspection). His honesty and clear explanations made us really trust his opinion. We're obviously not looking forward to replacing our roof within the next couple of years (which our new insurance requires that we do)-- but we'll definitely plan to use Provider name locked. .
