Considering my Husband and I have been residents for over 2 years, never been late for a payment and never missed a payment and are out more than $2000 worth of goods, cash, missed work and a wedding ring, i would hope Provider name locked. would want to right their wrong. Otherwise, social media all over St. Provider name locked. will hear about this place to try to prevent this from happening to anyone else who is a hard working person. So far though it looks as we will be ignored and treated like we were the criminals. I urge customers to avoid this company. It may seem like a good deal, or the perfect apartment, but save yourself the future headache. This was the main issue we had with Provider name locked. but there were COUNTLESS other smaller conflicts that i couldn't believe were happening in a business. Just look elsewhere.

We arrived from out of state to the home and it was trashed. We got in late and were tired, and we had to deal with the dirt and grime through out the home. The toilets were filthy, the kitchen counter tops were dirty, the refrigerator had moldy food in it, the oven was dirty, and this home had leaves and debris throughout on the floors. I called Provider name locked. Beaver that night and told him there is no we can move in until the home was cleaned. He apologized and had us hire a cleaning person.
Through out the course of the year a storm came through and damaged some shingles on the roof, the 1980's era refrigerator quit working, an outlet went out, and the shower started leaking. We reported all of these items to Provider name locked. Beaver and they had them all fixed over the year.With the exception of the refrigerator we reported these items for their benefit not ours.
Also he had the carpet cleaned within a week after we moved in because it smelled bad. There we no remotes for the garage door when we moved in so he had us go buy a pair and program them.
THEY TOOK OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND HAVE REFUSED TO RETURN IT. Whats funny it that they are charging us for the new refrigerator, the garage door remotes and the roof repair. REALLY? THE ROOF REPAIR? That is almost comical because in the lease agreement it clearly states in fine print the Provider name locked. is responsible for "roof repairs".
When we moved out we thoroughly cleaned the place so it was in better shape than when we moved in. We were ideal tenants that any Provider name locked. would be happy to have. We paid well before the due date and kept the place up. We left it in better shape than what we got it in.
Provider name locked. Management took our $1075. We felt we had to write this review to do our part on letting others know how our experience went with them.

We have about 18 units in St. Provider name locked. that we had managed by another property management companies until this year. We were extremely frustrated with the previous provider. We are also live out of state, so it was very important for us to find a firm we could trust.
Since switching to Provider name locked. , we have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. We had a few vacancies and they've worked hard and getting those units back online. I can't recommend Provider name locked. and his team enough.
