    Northwest Pediatrics
Gone there for several years, they've gotten into the mindset that no matter what a kid is there for they should disrobe. Extremely unnecessary and makes the kids feel uncomfortable. It's not a standard practice at other pediatricians. Took our son there for allergies and they insisted on giving him the stick up the nose covid test and they threatened if we didn't the whole family had to quarantine. So he had to go through that pain for nothing. Again extremely unnecessary and without thought for the child's feelings. And like with the disrobing nonsense they try and intimidate you into compliance. Horrible place. .

    Stepping Stones Pediatrics
When it comes to Pediatricians in St. Louis, you can really find one on nearly every corner it seems. When we started looking for a pediatrician my requirements were 1- someone my son would like 2- took our insurance and 3- was not in a hospital, but had practicing rights at a hospital. I wanted a stand alone building that I didn't have to arrive a half hour early to troll for parking. I called Dr. Madan's office and left a message. Within 15 minutes, he called me back personally and set an appointment for me to come in and meet him before the baby was due. We met that afternoon and I was beyond impressed. His office is conveniently located between MoBap and Mercy and easy to get to. We talked for over an hour. He gave me pointers and things to help me get ready for the birth of my son and tips on how to save some $ once at the hospital. We quickly decided he was our guy and we let him know when we were being induced. Even before our son was born, he was checking on us. Since the labor was longer than expected, he was very attentive and engaged. Once he arrived, Dr. Madan met us at the hospital for check ups and all that fun stuff. He took care of him so well and my Mom just loves him for how he interacted with all of us- including our family members in the room when he came to see the baby. Dr. Madan told me once during an office visit that in order to pass his final exam to become a pediatrician, if the baby cried, you would automatically fail. He has a calming touch and disposition and my son just smiles the whole time he's in the office. Except during shots, but who wouldn't cry for those. Otherwise, he is gentle and thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I have never had a doctor so attentive and easy to reach, which as new parents, is such a bonus. Oh, and he's the circumcision king. If anyone's going to do it, you want him to. We were very lucky to find him!

    Dr. Lisa Dibler
Dr. Dibler knows my sons limits, she can always tell when he doesn't understand something. She is one of the only practitioners in our area that is able to treat my son for his vision issues.

    Illini Pediatrics LLC
Illini Pediatrics is such a fun filled and caring atmosphere to make the kids feel more like home! Not only does my family use Dr. Cangas for all medical needs i work under him as a medical assistant and love my job. The providers really take the time to care for all patients and follow up with them to ensure they are doing better and have all questions answered. Not only do they make having yearly check ups easy to schedule they have same day sick appointments and a convenient walk in clinic open late, which helped my sister keep her kids out of the ER. I would recommend Illini and the new office Ideal to any parent seeking pediatric care!

    Goldenberg, Dr. Joseph K.
Dr Joe is AWESOME! We loved our old pediatrician, but when we moved to St Charles County, we couldn't drive all of the time to St. Louis City... Anyway, with 4 kids, we are in the office all of the time. The staff is GREAT, and all of the Drs we have seen have been WONDERFUL. We really could not ask for a better Pediatrician's office.

Dr. O'neil from Southwest Pediatrics is wonderful. He's very personable, takes all the time you need to answer your questions, very realistic and down to earth. He's wonderful with our son, very sweet and great at helping me not be worried about the small things. He gives great referrals. Everybody is very friendly.

    Esse Health
Our primary pediatrician is Dr. Terrill and you can read the review I wrote on her separately. The entire group of people at this facility are all wonderful. Anytime I have had to see a doctor other than our primary, I and my children have been treated with respect and compassion. The doctors take the time to listen and really understand my concerns before issuing a diagnosis. They take time to explain why they think what they think and to make sure I understand the next steps involved in treatment. Their internal filing system is up to date and any doctor can see all the files on my child to help them better understand any repeated issues. This also saves me from having to go through the list of allergies or previous history, as they can see it all right there. They can send a prescription straight to my pharmacy so that it is waiting when I get there. (So nice when you have a sick kid in the car!) The nurses are generous and go the extra mile to make the kids feel welcome and comfortable. They are the quickest I have seen at giving vaccinations. If one kid gets a popsicle or juice for a test, they understand that the other three are going to want one too and come prepared. The staff are always courteous and helpful. With four kids, we have a lot of last minute sick kid appointments and I have always found them pleasant, understanding and quick. The phone nurses are a great resource if I am not sure if my child needs an appointment and they have never steered me wrong in helping to make a decision. The after hours number is invaluable and anytime I have had to use it a doctor from the practice has called me the next day to follow up and make sure my child was well taken care of and to clarify any questions they or I might have. I love that they have Saturday morning hours too. I really cannot say enough good things about this practice. We have had more than 50 appointments and have never had a bad experience.

    Pediatric Associates
Dr. Vermont is our kids' pediatrician. Appointments are easy and run on time. He explains things well to both kids and adults. In an urgent case, he has a nurse practitioner working in the office with him and she is also very good and there are always some same day appointments available. Office staff is good with the insurance billing.

    Suburban Pediatrics
We also see the nurse practitioners and other physicians there. Today we saw a nurse practitioner as we wanted to get in right away. They are excellent. They get you in right away. All the nurse and staff are very professional and caring. They are helpful over the phone. Our friends referred us to Suburban pediatrics.
